Chapter Twenty Four
I went to the kitchen and opened the food container that Sonny gave me. It was a burrito. So I think I’ll just have this for breakfast.
I sat on the kitchen counter. I took the burrito out of the container. I took a bite as I opened my phone. I saw Cayden’s text message. I opened and read it.
From: Cayden
Hey, good morning. I’m not gonna be able to attend classes later. We will be having a meeting for the ball this weekend. Let’s just dine out later?
I typed a reply right away.
To: Cayden
Good morning. Okay. Let’s just have dinner together later. Love you!
