I was overly patient as I await the presence of my father who still hasn't shown up yet. It's been over an hour since I requested an audience but was told to wait due to an excuse of being in a meeting with Beta Saul.
However, I'm curious about what meeting he could be in that would have him using more than an hour in his study. Is there something urgent that I'm not aware of? There's a probability of that since I've been away from the Alpha quarters for some days now.
Twenty minutes more passed before I sight him coming down the stairs with Beta Saul by his side. Distress was all over the face of my father as he made his way down. That was enough to let me in on how much of a conversation they just had before they got out of the study. I don't think it's a good time to be here.
