And I honestly don't want him to get back together with my brother. Atleast not now. Alex can be selfish sometimes and he needs to learn his lesson. Maybe losing Miles for a while is the lesson he needs...
"And I know you're his sister and you'll try to defend him but-"
"I'm also your best friend." I cut him off. "And even if you weren't, cheating is just not right. I can't defend a cheater even if he's my brother."
"I'm glad you understand." He frowns. "I really hoped that we could be in-laws, you know? I guess that will never happen..."
"You can marry my sister," I joke.
