“Are we dirty enough for a shower, do you think?”
After allowing himself to once again be distracted by Arden’s question, Kade went on to give him what he wanted.
He knew Arden had not had enough yet. Far from it. They did it more in the shower, then continued when they were finally on the bed.
Kade took full advantage of the fact that Arden already desired him so much. More and more, he wanted that desire to grow. He wanted him to get addicted.
He wanted him to feel that no one else but Kade could give this to him.
In his single-minded quest to brand Arden’s whole body in his mark, Kade missed the cue that his partner had had too much already.
This was probably what Arden meant by Kade being “mean.” He was so hell-bent on drowning Arden in pleasure, he was neglecting to listen to
