The supreme Alpha and She : The chosen one's destiny

There are several packages in each country but they are all grouped under an alpha that covers the whole country and who has its pack. The alphas of each country are at their turn grouped under a continental alpha. These alphas are also at their turn grouped under a supreme alpha that governs all the wolves around the world. An organization that differs from that of the first. Centuries after this, some of the wolves who never agreed with the fact of living together with the humans and who wanted their extermination began to rebel against the supreme alpha and in the greatest secret, started practicing s*****y on the humans of their territories (if we could call what they inflicted them like it).
