(Alex’s POV)
I really couldn’t sleep once we got upstairs, but thankfully April could. So I went in and relieved Rebecca from her nanny duties for a while and took the twins in to lay in bed with us.
Of course, Sparks had to come along as well. She was now lying just above April’s head, watching everything we did. I swear if I were to make even one small little, wrong move she was gonna pounce on me.
But I tried to ignore her and just watched my pups as they happily flailed their arms and legs around with excitement. They were starting to try to sit up now, and rolling around like two little pros, so I liked to watch and encourage them.
