(Alex’s POV)
The meeting this morning went really well. April’s cousin, Nick? He had some really good input. We were all pretty impressed when he suddenly said, “Well, I’ve spoken with my guys and they’re all in. Just tell us where you need us to be and when.” That was another thirty wolves to add to our troops.
On top of that, we had every pack in the area calling in and making similar offers. So the wolves were stepping up. Dad had just told everyone that when Primus Marcus said, “Well, my cousin Daryl is sending some of his guards to help as well. I’ve also got nearly a dozen local Primus’ offering to join us.” Aggie was nodding along with that as she said, “I’ve now heard back from six sister covens. They’re ready to fight as well.”
So it seems like we’ve got ourselves an army.
