(Tyler’s POV)
After we all got cleaned up, Wyatt, John, and I went to see April and Alex. I don’t think any of us were surprised to find the entire gang was already there, fussing over April, who was getting annoyed by all the fussing. She took one look at me and whined, “Dad… Puhhhlease tell me you have chocolate on you?!”
I just chuckled and pulled a Whatchamacallit bar from my shirt pocket. I’d taken to carrying one around with me since she told us she was pregnant. Crystal always craved chocolate too, but Whatchamacallit's are one of April's favorites.
“Yes!! You’re the best, Dad!” She said all happily as she took the candy bar and gave me a kiss on the cheek and a hug. When she settled down in the reclining chair, Sparks jumped into her lap and curled up sweetly. I just smiled at
