After brunch we all went to the rec-room to play COD. I think the guys could sense April needed some space because they didn’t pester her about playing or try to subtly fangirl over her. The guys were just being their normal rowdy selves while we played, but I found myself unable to concentrate on the games.
My mind kept wandering back to this morning. April was even worse. She was so quiet I kept glancing at her just to be sure she hadn’t fallen asleep or something. She had to be tired and emotionally drained. I know I was and I didn't go through anywhere near as much as she had.
