Alex got a mind-link from Alpha Wyatt right after Conner’s little moment of brilliance. Not that Conner is slow or d*mb by any means. He’s actually a really smart guy. He just doesn’t apply himself, he's too lazy. So, after his momentary flash, he got distracted by Sparks and was now down on the floor playing with the little kitten.
