Dinner Invitation

After seeing Jim's action in the previous fight. Eliza was sure that the man she saw was Jim.

The day before noon. in the western stand where Queen Lyana and Eliza sat.

Eliza was really happy to find out that Jim was here, even he was participating in the magic tournament.

Eliza didn't expect to see Jim one more time.

Eliza said "the queen, he is Jim, he is the one who freed me," said Eliza cheerfully.

"Really? After this, we have to see him immediately." Said the queen who wanted to thank Jim.

Then the queen ordered Deryck to find where they lived. The queen told Deryck to invite them to dinner together.

Deryck immediately got up and carried out the queen's orders.

After the competition, all participants who have competed for receive treatment and wound healing. The facility has been provided by the organizer. Namely the committees of the magic academy.

Because Eliza wanted to meet Jim so badly, she asked the Queen's permission to meet him. Eliza said, "the queen let me see him now".

Jim, Cia and Aya walked home. Some of the spectators were also seen returning to their respective homes.

After they stepped not far from the arena, three women came from the side approaching them.

They were the Ocean Party, who had previously been the opponent of the Hanging Party. Looks like they want to say something to Jim and his friends.

Jim also answered, "I'm looking forward to it". Jim smiled.

Ryola smiled back at Jim. Then The Ocean Party turned around and walked away from Jim and his friends.

"We have to get even stronger," said Jim, he is very motivated to win this tournament.

"Yey…" Cia and Aya responded enthusiastically to Jim's words.

The three of them returned to continue their journey back to the inn.

A few minutes later, the three of them had arrived at the inn.

Like the usual lodging, the front of the inn usually has a bar.

They did not know that the inn was currently busy with visitors. Somehow today is very different from usual. Visitors were very busy crowding the bar where Jim and his friends were staying.

When Jim opened the door. Suddenly the whole shop cheered. They said.

Then, Jim, Cia and Aya were shocked to hear this. It seemed that all of them cheering for it was the audience who liked their fighting style.

Even those people were willing to crowd the inn to see all the members of The Hanging Party.

This made Jim the others embarrassed when they entered the inn.

They were filled with curiosity and questions from the people gathered there.

"I've been waiting for you very long". Said the man who sat casually on the chair while drinking a bottle of beer.

Then the man stood up from his chair. He walked over to Jim.

The man turned out to be Deryck, the queen's envoy to Lyana, he intended to meet Jim because of the queen's orders.

Then the man said, "are you, Jim?"

Jim didn't even recognize Deryck, so he hesitated to answer it a little. In a low voice, Jim answered "yes, I'm".

Unexpectedly, Deryck suddenly lifted the beer bottle he was holding. Then he shouted out loud "to celebrate the victory of The Hanging Party, I will treat everyone who is here to drink".

"Ayeeeee ……!!!" shouted the people at the inn. Then people scattered towards the barista to order drinks.

Because people were busy ordering drinks, Deryck invited Jim and his friends to get out of the inn.

"Follow me". Deryck walked out.

Jim also couldn't help but follow Deryck, because he was still curious about what Deryck's real goal was. Even to the point that he dared to treat everyone to drink

Jim also followed Deryck out of the inn. Likewise with Aya and Cia.

A few seconds later, they were outside the door of the inn.

Instantly, Deryck crossed his right arms and saluted Jim. Then he said. "Apologize in advance. I greeted you very disrespectfully. I'm Deryck, the personal bodyguard of the queen Lyana, the queen of the West Meridion"

Then after Deryck introduced himself, it surprised Jim and the others. They were shocked. Because why could the queen's bodyguard meet Jim.

Because Deryck gave a respectful greeting politely, Jim also returned the respect politely, as did Aya and Cia.

Then the three of them introduced themselves to Deryck.

"What's meeting us?" Asked Jim who was curious. Since he didn't know Queen Lyana, he wasn't even a resident of West Meridion. He also did not feel that he had done anything wrong to make Queen Lyana angry.

However, it seems that Cia knows Deryck's face, but she forgot where she had seen this Deryck. Her memory is so vague. Cia was just silent.

Deryck also explained the meaning of why he met Jim. He said, "I was sent by the queen to take you to the queen's place, tonight the queen intends to invite you a dinner."

Then Deryck turned around and walked towards the luxurious inn where the queen was staying.

"Follow me," said Deryck to them.

At first Jim, Cia and Aya staring at each other. They were confused about whether to follow Deryck or not.

"How about this?" Jim asked Cia and Aya.

"It's not good to refuse the Queen's invitation, we have to follow him" Cia gave an argument. Because indeed when the queen has invited someone to a banquet, then if that person refuses that person is looking down on the queen.

"That's right, we have to go to him," said Aya, confirming Cia's opinion.

"Very well," replied Jim

Finally, the three of them followed Deryck to the luxury inn.
