Results

For four days the Elders were kept waiting to have their audience with the King and Queen, and it had given them plenty of time to thoroughly debate the results. Daisy had been accurate that she had passed all of them, and had scored better results than even the King had when he took them when he had ascended the Throne.

Daisy was the first to emerge from the bedroom, Megan smiling as she noticed she was Marked now.

"Majesty." Megan said as she fell into step beside Daisy. "You should know the Elders are rather irritated with the timing."

Daisy sighed as she looked at Megan. "Believe me it was not planned in any way. I would have rathered not gone through that this soon." she said making Megan laugh.

"Well, they are thoroughly confused about the results of your Evaluations. Especially as you scored higher than anyone else has ever scored on them." Megan said as Daisy laughed.

"Why, because they have no access to my school records? Maybe that will teach them not to invade my privacy without consulting me in the future." Daisy said as she had been given the master file from the School. She had to have it for the University so they could be entered and she had a month before those classes even started.

"Essentially, the school from the Gray Dawn Village told them they had already released the records." Megan said with a smile as they walked into the Royal Dining Hall.

"Good, let them sweat it than." Daisy said as she went to the coffee pot and got herself a cup before Megan could. She took a sip for the first time in 4 days, and grabbed one of the banana nut muffins before she took a seat and began eating it while Megan sat next to her.

"You know eventually they will get them." she said as she took a bite of her own muffin. "Why not just get it over with?"

Daisy chuckled as she looked at Megan. "Oh I am well aware of that, but that does not mean I just have to roll over and accept what they have done."

Megan shook her head as she had been thoroughly questioned by the Elders and the Rogue attack. She had refused to tell them exactly how many of the Rogues she had killed, to help protect the Queen. "You are braver than I am, especially when you tell them to pound sand." she said as Eric walked in and got his own coffee.

"What is this about?" Eric asked as he grabbed a pastry and kissed Daisy before he sat next to her.

"The Elders are rather upset that her Heat messed up their schedule. They are demanding to be heard as soon as you are available." Megan said with a hint of a smile as he growled.

"Tell them we will be available in an hour." Daisy said firmly as Eric nodded as they finished their coffee.

"Why are you being so accomodating?" Eric asked as Megan snickered.

"I said we would be available to hear them in an hour. I never said I intended to cooperate with their demands." Daisy said smugly as both Eric and Megan laughed.

Exactly one hour later the Elders walked into the Throne Room, where Eric and Daisy were both waiting for them sitting on their respective Thrones. It was a clear message, especially where they had Marked each other already.

"Majesties, we have the results of Queen Daisy's evaluations. We would like to address them with you." Kevin said nervously. "We however would like to request a copy of your education records so we might understand how you achieved these results."

Daisy smiled as Eric held out his hand for the file, and looked at them. He was surprised wje had set a new record for every one of the Royal Evaluations. "What seems to be the issue Elder Kevin? I am sure the security was as stringent for her as it was when I took it." he asked.

Kevin nodded in confirmation. "Yes Majesty, they were. The results however are surprising, especially as we are unable to locate her education records. We would ask the Queen if she has them?" he said knowing it was risky.

Daisy smiled as she looked at him. "Seems you are suffering from effects of the law, perhaps you should look into that and file a report." she said knowing it did not answer his question at all.

Kevin knew that she was still pissed about the invasion of her records already without her consent. "We actually have reviewed the laws that resulted in the invasion of your privacy, and will be submitting a report in the next few days. We hope that we will be able to move past this incident, and work together towards a future that will make life better for all Wolves." he said trying to appease her.

"Excellent news Elder Kevin, now that the results have been determined I assume there will be no opposition to her beginning to train and fulfill the duties as Queen." Eric said as he set the report on the table next to him.

"There is still the Prophecy of Jane that we need to discuss." Elder Spencer said nervously.

"What would you like to discuss?" Daisy asked him bluntly.

"We need our own lab to confirm the results of the comparative analysis, as well as a few other tests that may shed light on what the situation truly is." Spencer replied as Daisy leaned forward.

"You assume even if I consent to these evaluations that you will automatically be informed of the results. I have an issue with that, as you have already seen fit to raid my personal protected medical information." Daisy said to him bluntly. "I have more than complied with your requirements thus far, but that is going to far." she said angrily at him as it had never been done before. Of course, the results had never been such that they were required to be reported either until her.

"You have indeed Majesty, but we would be remiss in our duties to the people if we did not pursue this. Long have we known the time of the Next War Chief was upon us, and because of our excitement of when she would appear we were over zealous. We beg your forgiveness, and pray you will allow us to assist in any way we can." Kevin said trying to keep the situation calm.

"You ask me to prove beyond a doubt something I myself am unsure of, and have not even had a chance to process the possibility of." she said as she leaned back in her chair.

"Elders, we may yet discover the answer to all of your questions. It however will not be today, and we will inform you of the results of these tests when we decide that information is pertinent. You will not however pressure the Queen to do your bidding, especially if it becomes apparent she is indeed the next War Chief. If your constituents have an issue with that, they can petition me themselves." Eric growled making it clear he was done entertaining their intrusions into the Royal Family.

Kevin bowed as did the others, as he had actually used his Alpha Command on them, and they could not disobey a direct order from the King. He smiled at Daisy as they hurried from the room, not wanting to push their intrusion any further than they already had.

"How long before your grades have to be given to the University?" he asked her as she smiled.

"A week, and yes. I know as soon as they are delivered the Elders will be able to access them." she replied as he laughed and they went to the Doctors office.

It took 2 days for all the test results to come back from the doctors office, and they had confirmed what the original test showed. Her human form was in no way connected to War Chief Jane, or Queen Ashley. The surprising result was that her beast however, was the daughter of War Chief Jane, after her ascent to a Celestial Being. The result was unmistakable, as they had a blood sample from her at each stage of her power developed.

"Well, that will surprise them." she said as she closed the book she was reading from the library and set it down as Megan sat across from her and looked at it curiously.

"Is that the Infinatum Grimoire?" she asked pointing at the book that only showed the infinity symbol as the title.

"Yes, how did you know?" Daisy asked as it had been the next book in the office that had called to her. Only Eric so far actually knew she had found it.

"You opened her office." Megan said directly at her not even as a question. "Can I see it?" she asked excitedly.

"The book or the office?" Daisy asked as Megan picked up the book and opened to the first page with glee.

"Both." Megan replied almost in a trance as Daisy laughed and grabbed her hand.
