It's been a few hours since Connor formally introduced himself to me. I still couldn't wrap my head around it. How is this even possible? How has the Moon Goddess been so kind, and gave me such a strong and handsome mate. I had been in my room a few hours. After my near fainting experience, I decided to sit in bed and call Jeni. Connor said he had work to do, and he would be back later. He gave me a kiss on the head and left. My heart almost erupted from my chest. Just a kiss on the head was enough to have moisture building in my panties. And the low growl that reverberated from Connors chest at the scent was enough for more juices to flow. I had to push him away before I did something I was not ready for. I had never even kissed a man before. Kyle had tried, but I avoided it.

"I hope Connor understands, Liana. Do you think he will think badly of me if I tell him I'm not ready for anything? Maybe other than kissing?" I thought to myself.

"Don't be silly! Connor and Jeremiah would never think poorly of us. We are their mates! They will always love us!" Liana replied strongly. She was right. He would understand.

I grab my phone and text Jeni.

A: Hey girl! Can I call quick?

A few minutes go by and I'm waiting for Jeni to respond.

J: Hey girl, yes!! Please! I have something to tell you!

I move my phone and hit Jeni's name. It rings once and she immediately picks up. "Hey Ararsi! Oh my Goddess do I have something to tell you!" she exclaims. "Hey Jeni, I have something to tell you, too. But you go first." I reply. I hear a squeal on the other side of the phone. "I found him, Ararsi! I found my mate!" She exclaims happily. "Oh that's wonderful Jeni! I need all the details!" I reply. I'm so happy for her. She deserves this. "His name is Cameron. He's also from my pack. The Gammas son! Excellent warrior and so handsome. He just turned 18 yesterday and we realized we are mates!" she exclaimed proudly.

I could not be happier for her. She deserved this, all of this. "I can't wait to meet him, Jeni. He sounds wonderful." I gently respond. I could feel her excitement through the phone. "OK, Ararsi. Your turn. How did it go with Kyle?" she asked cautiously. I sighed. "It went awfully, Jeni. Like, it couldn't have gotten worse." I heard a sigh, "What happened girl?" I paused, trying to figure out the best way to approach this. "Well after we got off the phone, I took a shower and went to Alpha Mark's office to find him. I figured he would be in there with all the training he has been doing. Well I got to the door and could smell it again..." I paused. There was silence. "You smelled your mate? In the Alphas office?" Jeni questioned. "Yes. I didn't even get to knock when the door flung open. There he was. Staring back at me. And he immediately threw himself at me and mumbled mate. I peeked around him and Kyle was fuming. I managed to wiggle out of my mates arms. I turned to Kyle and told him exactly why I came there. Alpha Mark was in shock, and questioned Kyle about it. Kyle told him the truth, and the Alpha let out such a powerful growl. It was the most frightening thing I've ever witnessed. He left the office and I tried to speak with Kyle. When I reached for him, he slapped my hand away and said said, "This isn't over, Ararsi." and left. All I remember is collapsing on the floor, and waking up in my room with my mate." I sighed as I ended my story. I realized how completely insane the whole situation was once I had said it out loud.

There was an uncomfortable silence on the line. "Wow Ararsi, that's insane. I can't believe this happened the way it did! And with all of it, you met your mate. Who is he by the way?" I took a deep breath. I knew Jeni would freak out. "His name is Connor. Connor Reynolds..." I paused. "Wait.. Ararsi.. I know that name.." I heard a loud gasp. "That's the Lycan Kings name! Are you mated to the Lycan King?!" Jeni screamed. A smile crept across my face. "Yep Jeni, I am mated to the Lycan King." I said proudly. Thinking of Connor brought me so much joy. Her giggles and gasps made me smile more. "So you're going to be a QUEEN!" she exclaimed. "Queen Ararsi! Queen of the Lycan and Werevolves!" she kept screaming.

"Queen Ararsi does have a ring to it." I thought happily. My whole life is changing, and I'm excited for it. I deserve this, even if it does still seem surreal. I could hear a male voice on the other line. "Oh Ararsi, Cameron is here. I have to go. Listen, can we get together soon? I want you to meet him, and I really want to meet King Connor!" she exclaimed. "OK Jeni, I'll talk to him and see what I can do! Have fun with Cameron." I said with a slight naughty undertone. She giggled and I could tell she got what I meant. We hung up and I crashed back onto my bed.

Queen Ararsi. Who would have thought. I still have to tell my father about this. I know my mother would be proud. I'm so wrapped up in my thoughts that I must have fallen asleep because I could suddenly feel a warmth I was lacking engulf me. I opened my eyes and the room was dark. I could see a figure laying next to me, and I knew it was Connor. "Good evening, my Queen. I saw you were sleeping when I entered and I couldn't help but cuddle up with your beautiful body." he said lowly, it almost came out as a growl. My faced reddened and my flower started dripping again. Another growl erupted from his chest. "If you keep letting that happen, my Queen, I will take you and your beautiful body now. I'm already struggling to keep my hands off of you." he smiled as he caressed my face.

I don't know what came over me but I leaned into him and planted my lips on his. I was engulfed with his scent, and his taste was divine. Our kiss started slow, but picked up quickly. Our tongues danced in a way that I've never experienced, and the need for him grew. He could smell it, and a growl escaped his lips. I could feel his hands running all over my body, causing the moisture in my flower to grow.

"My Queen, I need to taste you." he growled. His mouth left mine and started to trail down my neck, stopping at my marking spot. A moan escaped my lips, which made him smile and move further down. I was finally able to speak. "Connor, I'm not ready for that yet.." I said uncomfortably. He sat up on the bed and looked at me. "I'm sorry my Queen, I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable..." He looked upset and I felt really bad. "It's ok Connor, really. I've just... never been with someone before like this. That was actually my first kiss... so I am just scared. That's all. I hope you're not upset.." I looked down at my hands. He looked at me and smiled. "Oh Ararsi," he picked me up and moved me to his lap, "I would never want you to feel like you need to do anything. If you're not ready, that's fine. I would never push you. Just know when we finally do mate, I am going to make sure I love every inch of that gorgeous body." He said and winked at me. "Can I kiss you though? I very much like that." He said smiling at me. "I would love to kiss you more, Connor." I said getting close to his face. Before another word could slip my lips, he crashed his lips into mine and kissed me breathless.

"I love you, my Queen." he smiled at me, his eyes showing nothing but love. "I cannot wait to return home with you and introduce everyone to their new Queen, Ararsi. My kingdom has waited a long time to meet their Queen." He said proudly. Then it hit me. I have to rule a whole kingdom! He could tell I suddenly got nervous and locked our lips in another breathtaking kiss.
