That morning Alyra went to the kitchen, and ate breakfast before anyone got up. She went to the fighting arena down in the basement, and practice her moves with Seth who was in the fighting arena with G-man.

Alyra told Seth "she is going to learn the 3 fighting stance next with Caleb then they will practice everything she learned, and he will be setting up a time for me to fight him in the ring". Seth said "interesting...kick his butt for me little one". Alyra giggled because that was the same name Asher always called her.

Seth and G-man left the room and went for some breakfast. Alyra took a deep breath and slowed her heart rate from practice she did with Seth.

At breakfast Sam decided to make a pool for everyone to bet if Caleb or Alyra will win. Max comes in the kitchen and says "100 dollars on Alyra to win", Caleb says "really boss!" Max laughed and walked out of the kitchen, and back to his office. Sam said "20 dollars on Alyra, sorry Caleb she is f*****g strong. She kicked my ass before you even trained her, and that's including Daves training also". Seth, G-Man, Alex, Mama, and Dave to bet.

Seth says "well we just did exercise before breakfast with her in the fighting ring, and all I can say Dave and Caleb you did fantastic work with her", but my money is on Alyra I'm putting in 50 dollars she will win. Caleb says "G-Man, Alex, Dave will bet for me".

Dave said "when I was training her she already possessed some skills that she must have learned while living on the streets. Which was very useful. Just don't underestimate her, she has great skills that we didn't even teach her". "So be very careful Caleb in that ring with her". Dave said" he wasn't betting". Caleb said "why not?" Dave said "because I trained her".

G-Man and Alex put 20 dollars each Caleb to win. Sam looked at Mama, and Mama said to Caleb " Alyra will castrate you like a 2 yrs old steer, and have you begging her to let you go". Caleb said "thanks for the encouragement Mama". Mama bet 20 dollars on Alyra to win.

Now that the bets were place just have to wait when the actually fight begins. Caleb and Dave head towards the basement to wait for Alyra in the room. When Caleb open the door, he seen Alyra sitting on a blue mat.

Caleb said to Alyra "you are up earlier than usual?" Alyra replied "couldn't sleep anymore, so I had breakfast early and came down here to practice". Caleb said "I heard from Seth you were practicing, are you okay?" Alyra replied "better than what I have already went through in my life so far, your my only family I have, well at least that's what I say, but maybe not for you all". Caleb said "you must have had a bad childhood to runaway". Alyra says "you can say that, I am ready for our next lessons".

Caleb looked at Dave with almost tears coming from his eyes. He pushes the tears away and says "The 3 fighting techniques are: Stand-up fighting, Clinch fighting, and Ground fighting.

"Stand-up fighting is hand-to-hand combat between opponents in a standing position. Easy enough right Alyra", Alyra nodded. Caleb showed her the proper stances with no slouching.

"Now the next one is the Clinch fighting stance. Clinch fighting is the part of stand-up fighting where the combatants are grappling in a clinch. Clinching the opponent can be used to eliminate the opponent's effective usage of some kicks, punches, and weapons".

"The clinch can also be used as a medium to switch from stand-up fighting to ground fighting by using takedowns, throws or sweeps. Following me so far Alyra?" Alyra said "yes".

"The last one to teach you is the Ground fighting. Ground fighting is hand-to-hand combat or wrestling, which takes place while the combatants are on the ground. Similarly to clinch fighting, ground fighting implies that the combatants are at a very close range, usually involving one or both combatants grappling the opponent".

Caleb told Alyra lets practice the stances on the mat. After 1 hour practicing, Caleb decided to take a 5 minute break.

Caleb and Alyra were alone in the room after the break, because Dave was summon to the boss's office.

"So lets practice all the joint-locks, choke or chokehold, double leg takedown, throws, knockout, and submission, with the 3 fighting stances I just taught you". Alyra agreed.

After 5 hours of practice Alyra and Caleb were getting played out, and decided to go eat some dinner.

After dinner they practice for another 5 hours to make sure Alyra has everything down pack.

Caleb told Alyra " we will do your final test tomorrow in the fighting arena, if everything goes fine you will be moving on to your next teacher". "Get a goodnight rest Alyra, and take a warm bath to relax. I am proud of the hard work you put into your training". Alyra said "thank you to Caleb and gave him a hug around his waist". Caleb said "it was my pleasure".
