Alyra entered the room, and Caleb said "ready for your next lesson?" Alyra said "lets do it". Caleb explains about submission. "A submission hold is a combat sports term for a grappling hold which is applied with the purpose of forcing an opponent to submit out of either extreme pain or fear of injury". Alyra said "easy enough".

They practice for 2 hours the submission hold then he started explaining double leg takedown. "Double leg take-down: Taking down an opponent by grabbing both legs or feet".

Alyra caught on fast for the double leg takedown, seemed she was having fun with the movement as she took down Dave and Caleb both when practicing.

Caleb said "lets move on to the throw". "Throw is a martial arts move, the most common being the hip toss. Similar to the trip, a fighter holds onto the opponent, steps into the opponent, and the fighter partly puts his or her back to the opponent while twisting the opponent, at the same time pulling the opponent over the fighter's leg, sending the opponent to the floor". Caleb said to Alyra "simple enough right?" She said "yes".

Caleb said "lets practice", after an hour of playing the move on Dave and Caleb. Caleb was satisfied with the results.

Caleb said "this will be the last one for today, and I will teach you about the knockout".

"Knockout is when the brain slams into the inside of the skull. It then bounces off the inside of the skull and slams into the opposite side. Like your brain hitting back and forth in your head like jelly. Depending on the force of the punch, this can happen several times before the brain comes to rest inside the skull". "do you understand?" Alyra says "yes". After play practicing a knockout Caleb said "we are good for today". "We will practice the three fighting stances, and then we will practice everything you learned in the fighting arena tomorrow".

Alyra was played out, and decided to go take a warm bath before eating supper. After supper she went out to the courtyard and sniffed the flowers, and rested her butt on the edge of the water fountain listening to the water flow.

She was so relaxed that she fell asleep, until suddenly she fell into the crisp cold water of the fountain. She "yelled from the cold". Sam, Caleb, and Dave came running in her direction when they noticed what happened, and they started laughing. Alyra said "what are you laughing at?" in cranky manner. The guys just kept laughing while she walked into the mansion soaking wet, and said "f*****g asswholes".

Alyra changed into her pajamas and went to bed for the night.
