Alyra was played out, and told ChiChi "she need to rest a bit", ChiChi said" okay, but we need to find a den for safety reasons, because there is just too many humans around". Alyra said "okay and trek further into the forest".

Alyra climb hills and pass through trails until she found a perfect place for a den, which is close to wildlife and water. She dropped her heavy pack sack, and laid down on the rocky floor of their den. She fell asleep for 2 hours and woke up by the sounds of the wildlife below their den in the open field.

She told ChiChi about the tall man, how she went without food for a long time, the trash bin incident, and the Atwaters how they taught her everything she needed to know to survive as a human and even more. ChiChi understood why it took Alyra so long to wake her up, and never held it against her.

ChiChi asked Alyra did she have anytime during the year and three months to talk to Asher. Alyra said "no", ChiChi gasp and said "you need to talk to Asher, before he thinks we are dead". Alyra replied "yeah I suppose so". ChiChi said "I know something happened between you and Asher the last time you spoke to him, but he needs to know what is going on. So he can tell the spirit wolf from the Moon Claw Pack where we are". Alyra said "yeah your right, I will open the veil tomorrow and talk to Asher". ChiChi said "okay".

Since we haven't eating in awhile lets try some hunting shall we, ChiChi said to Alyra. Alyra said "okay lets go hunting".

They walked to the open field and only caught rabbits, because Alyra wasn't that hungry and why waste good meat. Alyra and ChiChi ate there fill and walked back up the hill to their den.

Alyra pulled out a blanket and a pillow from her pack sack, and her pajamas which smelled like May and Ed when she hugged them for the very last time. Alyra told ChiChi "goodnight, and that she really missed her", ChiChi said "goodnight little pup" and they fell fast asleep.

The next morning Alyra wasn't to happy to talk to Asher, but she had no choice. She went to a quiet place in the open field away from animals and humans. She sat down and start to open the veil, white light filled around her, and instantly Asher and the rest of the elder spirits were standing there amazed that she contacted them.

Asher said "thank the goddess you are alive, I thought you died". He tried to pick Alyra up but Alyra moved away from him. Asher said to Alyra "what is wrong little one?" Alyra said" we need to talk". Asher looked at her with confusion in his eyes.

Alyra started telling everything from the time she got hit by the car up to May and Ed Atwater, and she spent a great year and 3 months with them as a human. Asher seemed disappointed that she wasted all that time with a human couple.

Then Alyra asked Asher "the last time we talked I didn't close the veil right away and I heard Ariel tell you "why are you putting her threw this?" and I have been question this myself. Asher face dropped, and Alyra said " I want an answer from you".

Asher stayed quiet for a good 5 minutes, and asked "would you understand if you knew the whole truth from the start". Alyra said "probably not but I should at least know more than what I know now, because from my point of view your using me for some other purpose than what you have said, and I'm telling you now I will leave this all behind if you don't tell me the truth, and you know werewolves can tell when someone is lying." with an icy stare at Asher.

Asher looked at her and said "you have grown up so much since the last time we talked, maybe it is time you know why you are so important to the werewolf cycle." Asher sat down on the ground and got Alyra to sit with him.

As you know you carry my blood line, but your destiny is much more than my blood line. You are a rare werewolf Alyra, you are what we call the mystical one. The mystical one possess all the genetics and traits of every known werewolf, you are an alpha but a different kind, the goddess blessed you as a blood moon alpha which makes you three times stronger and fierce than any alpha that exist, you are also an omega, spirit wolf, luna, and a beta.

There hasn't been a mystic wolf born in 10,000 yrs, not even your parents were aware of what you are. Most importantly you are the princess of all werewolves, and when you find your mate you will become queen. The goddess blessed us with another queen, and we haven't had one for a very long time as you know now. You will unite packs under one monarch, and when you have all your abilities you can restore the balance of nature itself.

Asher said to Alyra "now do you understand why you are so important to me, I never had any bad intention towards you. I needed you to learn everything by experience so you can be the best queen you can be when the time comes, but you still have a s**t load of stuff to learn about werewolf traditions, and what your duties are as a queen". That is the reason for this long journey, and why you have to get to the Moon Claw Pack, because they can teach you about traditions, and there will be a council coming to you to teach your queen duties. This was all fore told before you were born".

Alyra understood every word he said beside the mate part so she asked Asher "what is a mate?" Asher looked at Alyra with his face turn beat red like a cooked lobster. He took his left hand and start rubbing the back of his head.

After a few minutes Asher started to explain "we only get one soulmate for the rest of our lives, when we lose our mates some go crazy, while others just let themselves die". Giving Alyra the clean version of it. Asher stated " we only mate at the age of 18 yrs old, so you got plenty of time little one". Alyra said "okay".

Asher said "do you forgive me for not telling you sooner?" Alyra said "yes, but if I find out anything different you better hope I do not come back here". Asher nodded and open his arms to Alyra, and said "come here little one and give me a hug", Alyra accepted and walked into Asher strong arms, he picked her up in his arms and said "I'm glad your okay, I missed you". Alyra stayed silent, then Asher tickled her until she started giggling and squirming to get away, then he kissed her on the forehead.

Alyra said "I need to go I've been here too long, Asher agreed and said "goodbye little one", he watched her walk away and closing the veil.

Alyra opened her eyes to the bright sunlight, and ChiChi asked her "did you get to talk to Asher?" and Alyra replied "yes, but I have to tell you the whole truth about this journey".

ChiChi said "after we get some grub, I'm starving". Alyra giggled at ChiChi remark, and she started to head back to the den to change into her wolf form to start hunting".
