The Moonlight Star

This is where my story began, not long ago I was just a regular nineteen-year-old human living a normal life as a Harvard University Business grad student. I was raised by my mother only she died though when I was seventeen and wave no idea who my dad is, I never met him, and honestly, I have no intention to. That aside I had a petty normal upbringing, well most kids always thought that I was weird because my eyes are not a normal color they are violet, Ashley was one of the only ones that were my friend and thought that waving funny colored eyes was pretty fun. That was until last week… we were at a party I had just broken up with my now ex-boyfriend Troy and wad drunk a bit too much and was sitting at the bar when Ashley’s boyfriend Matt came up to me took me to a more privet room and tried to take advantage of me but before he could do more than kiss me and take off my shirt Ashley entered the room and Matt blamed it all on me. Fast forward three days and thanks to her popularity everyone knew about it and I started to get harassed everywhere and anywhere.  So now I’m at home with Luna she is a beautiful plain white wolf with electric blue eyes and the only one that hasn’t abandoned me, I’m sitting in the couch looking for a place to move to in California while she is lying down right beside me with her head on my lap. I just want to go far away from here and change my name or something, suddenly there´s a knock on the door Luna lifts her head and nudges me in the arm I get up to go to the door and look through the small glass opening and it’s a guy. Who the hell is this guy outside my door? I open the door.  “Hello, you must be Melody.” - the stranger says.  “Do I know you? “- I ask him   “No, I’m Alexander. You’re Melody Starlink, right?”  “Yes! But what are you doing here?” - I say not understanding what he was doing here.  “Your father sent me, I’m here to take you back.”  “Take me back? Where? And I don’t have a father.” - I kept getting more and more confused about this guy and how does he even know where I live?            “Oh, yes you do, please let me come in and I’ll tell you everything you want to know.” He said this in a rather truthful tone, but I was still apprehensive about letting a total stranger into my home but then I remembered I have a huge wolf pet so if anything goes south I know she’ll protect me.  “Okay, please do come in.” I led him to the living room where Luna was casually sleeping on the couch, again I woke her up and she immediately looked at Alex looking quite protective of me. “ It’s okay, Luna I let him come in.” - I say as I pet her in the head. “Now you better start explaining what you are doing here, and I don’t want any funny business.”
