Lucius's POV
I walked out of my office, feeling satisfied with the way things had gone with Zara. As I fell into step beside Dave, I mentioned, "I'm really happy about Edwin's homecoming concert. It's going to be great."
Dave nodded. "Yeah, he's a talented guy. By the way, he said he'd be here to see you today."
I nodded, looking forward to catching up with my friend. But as I turned a corner, my eyes landed on a scene that made my blood boil.
My wife, Zara, was standing right there wrapped in Edwin's arms. His face was buried in her neck, and she was laughing, her eyes sparkling with amusement.
