SURPRISING FAME

CHAPTER ONE

In a glooming and wonderful hour, the sky was bright and the sun was reflecting heavily. It has been a busy day for many others as it was Monday. Jerry also has been busy with a client toy car, trying all possibilities to keep on to time not to be late for the afternoon class. All other student staying on the campus has many advantages than Jerry has. Jerry was a child raised by the family of Mr Adams; he is not the biological child of the family but a relation to the family. No one knows the whereabouts of his parents as there were not declared death since during airplane crash. Their body was not found.

Jerry was abandon to cater for himself at the age of thirteen and lived in the garage were his uncle lived. At the age of eighteen he got admitted to the university and has to work harder to raise the tuition fees. Jerry is in the History Department together with his cousin Tasha his uncle’s Daughter.

It’s already twelve o’clock and the class is to start in hour time. Jerry quickly left the work and washed himself and wore his faded jean and the fishy blue T-shirt with black and white spot on it. He went inside the house to ask for a transport fee, but his uncle wife refused too. His cousin Tasha has already left in her Mercedes car that was bought to her during her 17th birthday.

Jerry has no option than to walk in haste to reach school. The students were already in class and they were a lot of discussion of the latest music and football fixtures of the day.

Brenda and Tasha were close friends and are just admiring the shoes placed on the sss shopping site on their phones. They were fifty five fresh students in the hall and it was noisy because everyone is still trying to get along.

It was exactly 1pm when their lecturer Miss Tami got into the class. She is pretty and tall with fair skin. She had a curvy body and always put a beautiful smile. The fresher’s love and adore her. She is the prettiest teacher in the whole department and probably the entire school at large, some students talk about.

Jerry just came in as the class was 35min ahead of the initial time. The Student in the class laughed at him and calls him all sorts of names. Miss Tami calms the class and called Jerry to the stage ‘why are you late? Said Miss Tami, jerry quickly apologies and promised not to be late. ‘As fresher you need to be always prompt to time, because time is always a key to success. He acknowledges and went to his normal seat. Almost all the student mocks him and don’t associate with him including his cousin. His sit mate Eva was the only person that always talks to him and comfort him when his been mocked by classmates. Eva was black skin lady with same age with Jerry. She is quite pretty even though they were no makeup rubbed on the face.
