I was currently sitting in Arden's hospital room with my head hung low I felt like my world was closing in on me I keep recalling the doctor's words Arden had ovarian cancer I closed my eyes not ready for the battle that was to come how do you prepare someone for that type of news she just fought depressing, and now this.
"Ethan," she said in a small voice. my heart broke. I gave her a weak smile.
"Hey babe" I held her hand and squeezed it lightly.
"How is the baby," she asked trying to sit up and I gently pushed her down. the nurse came in with the doctor.
