3 MONTH LATER

The last three months have been hectic, where do I start. Me, Addie, Matt, and Kevin joined the g**g and we now live at the g**g house. We all take online school instead of going to school. Oh and Isaac has a house that's only a couple minutes from the warehouse. I just got up it's 6:30am, yeah we have to get up at this time every single week day, Isaac's team found a lead on Rosa so we're going to go investigate later tonight. When we got there it was 10:30,we pulled up to a two story brick house with bushes on either side of the front door, and we could see lights on inside and a couple people moving around. We got out of the car and went towards the back of the house to see if there's another entrance. Shockingly enough, there was a back door and a cellar. Matt, Kevin, and Mason are going in the back door and Isaac, Addie, and I were going down into the cellar. When we got down to the bottom there were two cells and two guards, me and Addie took out the two guards and Isaac went to find the keys to the cell. One of the cells was empty, but the other had a little girl crying in the corner. Isaac had found the keys and unlocked the door and the little girl looked up

"Rosa?" I asked

"Lexi?" she asked and I nodded

"Lexi!" she screamed and ran into my arms

"I won't let anyone take you from me ever again, I promise" I whispered in her ear and I heard Addie and Isaac talking

"How did Rosa recognize her if they haven't seen each other in almost 4 years" Isaac asked Addie

"Rosa was more of a daughter to Lexi than a sister. They had and apparently still have a special bond that none of us understood, and probably never will" Addie said back

I stopped hugging Rosa to talk to her

"You remember Addie right?" I said and looked over my shoulder and she nodded

"Ok good, you're going to go with Addie and hide" I said to Rosa

"But I don't want to leave you" she said back

"I know, but you have to. I'll come find you soon, ok?" I said back

"You promise?" she said back

"Promise" I said

"Ok" she said and I hugged her one more time before Addie picked her up and took her to the car we had parked up the street

"Mason did you guys find anything yet?" Isaac asked through the earpieces we were all wearing

"Yeah why don't you guys come in the house" Mason said to both of us

"Ok, we're coming" I said back

When we got in the house we saw blood on the walls, two dead guys on the floor, and a girl that looked to be 12 holding and infant. I signaled for Kevin to follow me to the girl and for the guys to make it look like we were never here. When we got close enough to the girl to speak she took a step backwards so I put my hands up in surrender to let her know that we aren't going to hurt her. When she relaxed she fainted, Kevin caught her just in time and I took the baby before she dropped her. Kevin picked the girl up in his arms and we walked out the door with the guys

"Who's the girl?" Matt asked

"Don't know. She fainted before we could ask" I said back still holding the baby

We walked out the door and to the car up the street that Addie and Rosa were in. When we got a couple feet from the car Matt started talking

"Let me take the baby. Go hug your sister" he said and I nodded

As soon as I opened the door Rosa jumped on me to give me a hug. I managed to move Rosa to where she was on my lap when we got in the car. Matt gave Addie the baby so he could drive, Mason was sitting in the passenger seat, I was sitting middle row of seats holding a sleeping Rosa while leaning into Isaac who was next to me, and Kevin and Addie were in the back holding the baby and the girl.

When we got back to the g**g house, I gave Rosa to Isaac so I could get out of the car. When he gave her back to me I put her on my hip and her head was laying on my shoulder. We had to help Kevin and Addie out of the car because they were both holding a kid. We finally got everyone out of the car and went inside. By now it was only 12:30 so everyone except the younger kids are awake. We went upstairs to the 3rd floor where we had an empty room, we put the girl on the bed and we had an extra bassinet in storage so we put it in the same room as the girl, Addie had just put the baby down and left the room when Rosa started to wake up.

"Lexi" she said

"Hi" I said back

"I thought it was all a dream" she said

"It wasn't" I said back

"I missed you" she said and hugged me

"I missed you too" I said back

"Are you hungry?" I asked

"Yes" she almost yelled

"Ok, lets go get you some food" I said back laughing a little
