Demonic Vampire Emperor

The kingdom of Varda spread over a few hundred miles. The region has always flourished with people of high and low, rich and poor, strong and weak. It has glowed with life. Nevertheless, there were disparities between people. It was a vast and glorious kingdom. The city was located in a place with various mountains. The greenery covered the mountains. The kingdom consisted of all types. At its center, the palace was its main attraction. The palace was so large that it can be seen if you are present where you are in the city. The palace was decorated mostly with gold as it was shining very brightly. The massive and majestic palace stood at the center of the city of the kingdom. The city was the capital of Varda. In this kingdom, there is a royal academy. It is on the west side of the kingdom, this academy covers about 100 miles of area. In this area, there were large buildings. The main building is at the center. It was even more beautifully constructed than the royal palace. This academy was attended by a large number. Students from different regions come to study and train at the academy. It is attended by all the races and there was no difference in the academy. Rich and poor, noble and commoner, it is allowed to everyone who has potential. Mostly the students who were studying in the academy were nobles. Nobles had a success rate in entering the academy. Even though commoners were allowed to take part in the entrance exams, they had the least bit of success compared to nobles. The commoners were somewhat afraid of nobles if they entered the academy. In the Kingdom, the nobles have more power but the king has the final say. The king is regarded as the most powerful man in the kingdom. The ancestors of the king's family had established the academy, and the king's lineage continued to maintain the academy. In this academy, they were taught sword skills, martial skills, magic, healing. These were all taught in the academy. The age of starting in the academy is 15. It is the minimum age to attend the royal academy. It is the day of enrolling in the academy. A young person in shabby clothes was walking towards the academy. He was wearing normal clothes which were not attractive or ugly. He was just slowly entering the crowd gathered in the large hall. This boy is the hero or you may call him the protagonist of this story. The name of the boy is Lucifer. Lucifer was a ordinary boy. He was the only child of his parents. His father was a drunkard. He drinks daily and goes home, then beats his son regardless of any reason. He did not care much about his son. But Lucifer did hate his father, he hit him without any reason sometimes. He suffered from pain several times from his body aching. His mother didn't stop his father from beating him as she was helpless against him. For the past few years, he had been suffering from his father's thrashing. He was a small boy. There wasn't much he could do. From the time Lucifer began noticing things around him, his father worked all day and came home drunk without giving anything to his mother. His mother, in the house and some looked for work and there, tried very hard to feed the mouths of three people including her. As time passed she grew tired of this living, and, to an extent, she lost interest in her own son. Lucifer, despite his age, was able to grasp the behavior of his parents. One day, while Lucifer was taking a stroll through the slum, he saw a few people riding on horses wearing armor. The group was following a man on a white horse. He was in silver armor. The silver-armored knight commanded his men and a knight came out and shouted "There is a criminal who escaped. We came here. We are here to apprehend the criminal. So you lowly people shouldn't interfere. If anyone blocks our path, they will be killed." It was like a warning to them. As it was a slum, the knights didn't put the people there in their eyes. Lucifer was afraid of what he heard. He moved back but he didn't leave. He stood there and observed a knight. The man with a silver-armored knight piqued his interest. After a few minutes, a figure jumped in the air. He was a man. He had blood all over his body. He still had the energy to go around. That man was holding a sword, he was aiming at the silver-armored knight. As he jumped with a roar, the atmosphere changed instantly. That man's sword was glowing with white light. The silver-armored knight drew out his sword and clashed with the man's sword. Then a sparkle emitted from their swords clashing. The silver-armored knight didn't give much time to the man, as he slashed his hand and several over his body. The man's sword dropped to the ground. The man was lying on the ground half dead. The knights came near the man, then tied him to a horse. Then they dragged him and disappeared from the slum. All the people present at the incident were panic-stricken. At one corner, Lucifer's whole life was shaking uncontrollably. Lucifer recognized the man who was dragged away by the knights. That man was his uncle. He had a very good relationship with him. His uncle always took care of him. Lucifer liked him very much. Lucifer stood clenching his fists and didn't know what to do. He wanted to go after his uncle but he was unable to move his legs as they froze from fear caused by the silver knight. He regained his senses and rushed to his home to ask for help from his parents, but they told him that it was better to leave the matter or else they would also end up like him. They were too afraid to even open their mouths before them. They knew if anyone disobeyed them, only death awaited them. That is how they lived in fear. Few months passed Lucifer understood the life around him. He desperately wanted to change. To put an end to all this suffering, he decided to attend the academy. The only way he could unturn his life was to attend the academy, he thought. So he can leave his house and enroll in the academy. As he was living in the capital of the kingdom, he knew everything about the academy. Chances of being enrolled were slim, he wanted to give it a try.
