Prom Proposal
Time truly rushes by when you're having fun. It was almost the end of the school year, and Jr. Prom was coming up. Lathan and I have been going strong, and I was excited to go to prom with him. We had been talking about it for weeks, trying to figure out what to wear and how to style our hair. Prom season was up and about, and the prom proposals were everything. Everyone was attempting to outdo the other. I had no idea what Lathan would do or if he would do anything since it was clear we would be each other's date. I hoped he would still do one; however, if Lathan hadn't, it wouldn't mean anything to me. So, I was a bit surprised when I received my prom proposal. I was sitting with Jordan, Marcus, Alex, and Jennifer at the lunch table because Lathan said he had to make up some extra work
