The Past

She's overjoyed to finally reach her dream destination. "Are you excited?" she rolled her eyes for a second, and smiled. "You're stating the obvious." he just smiled and kissed her forehead. "Here we areeeeee" she shouted as she run with her hands on the air. "Be careful" he reminded. Rain pulled his hand and run towards the beach. She then thanked him for making her dream come true. Baglioni Resort has powder soft sands and surrounded by shimmering sapphire waters. The turquoise blue lagoon is fantastic, environ by nice beachfront many palm trees. The beach villas with posh greenery and decent privacy are the pride of Maldives. Baglioni Resort is perfect for sun-lovers and open-view-seekers. "Baglioni is not that big, we can easily wander the island" he commented "This resort's location is way perfect. The island has the perfect size and aesthetic shore with lot of different corals to see while snorkeling." she added "We'll get to experience that tomorrow, but for now let's get you to rest. I know you're exhausted from the trip" she always love the caring side of her husband, but it's just 2pm and they can do a lot of things until the evening. It's 6pm when Michael woke Rain up, for dinner. "Would you like our dinner to be serve here, or you want to eat at the restaurant near the shore" "I prefer the latter" "I knew it, get ready. I'll be waiting outside" and winked at Rain. The restaurant has a mesmerizing pool at the back and a view of inviting beach at the front. Lanterns with candles are placed round the mesmerizing pool which provide a cozy atmosphere. "Sit there" Michael pointed at the marbleized chair near the pool. "Why?" Rain asked with confusion "Just sit there" "Uhh, okay?" she saw Michael bringing out his phone and act as if he's taking a picture. She posed and smile, it took 10 minutes to finish their pictorial. "You're weird, your actions uncalled for" "That's because we are in Maldives. You're just too addicted with taking pictures, and I hate it, but today's different" he winked. "Then, I'll take advantage of your kindness today" she bowed but stick her tongue out afterwards. He just chuckled, and took a picture of Rain again. "I'm full" while massaging her tummy "Ofcourse you're full! You ate almost all of the food and barely left some for me." he whispered and laughed at Rain. Rain just shrugged her shoulders. " I want Ice Cream for dessert" "Seriously, woman?" Rain cutely smiled at Michael. They walked around the shore and feel the fresh air coming from the sea breeze. It's always her dream to feel the sand and turquoise water of Maldives. Inhale it's fresh air and take a lot of picture in her bikini for the first time. She remembered Michael's word, she's not going to wear bikini not until they're married. She chuckled out of nowhere, just enough to put Michael in confusion. Rain hummed happily and teasingly. "What are you so happy about?" "Just..." she cut her own words and laughed at Michael's confused look. "This is just so dreamy!" rain exclaimed. "I didn't notice this earlier" "It's because you're tired and got sleepy" Aesthetic villas surrounded by tropical nature, turquoise waters and smooth white sands. It's an overwater room that offers a privacy at its best along with private bathrooms, a king size bed and a private deck with overlooking ocean. The villas are constructed in old-school Maldivian way with high ceilings, open bathrooms and thatched roofs. All are perfectly decorated and features bright and warm hues. Sun's kissing their skin, and there's Rain drooling over her husbands toned muscles and biceps. "You're creeping me out" Michael joked. "You're chubby!" "That's not your eyes saying, though" with amused face. Rain walked out jokingly, and walk like a model to tease her husband, which is really effective. He removed his polo shirt and gave it to Rain. "Wear that." with finality. Rain obediently wore the shirt. "Where are we going next?" she's tired from swimming and taking pictures. "Let's feed your parasites, where do you wanna eat?" "Gusto restaurant, please" "I heard Gusto Restaurant focuses on freshly caught local fish and different pasta with kind of a modern twist. Just exactly what you want" he said. "Yes, it's an Italian restaurant afterall" After their lunch they decided to relax and pamper theirselves. They went to Garden Spa, it offers a variety of rejuvenating and soothing therapies, as well as a yoga pavilion where guests can enjoy either private or group sessions with beach views. It's already 7pm and they decided to eat dinner at Gusto Restaurant again, at it's bar this time. "Didn't expect they have this bar, it's absolutely pleasant with serene ambiance." rain exclaimed "And the staffs are amiable and attentive. They are perfectly trained and extra careful." she added Michael agreed. "Which one's better?" referring to the bikinis Michael pointed the black one. "O---kay!" They went fishing, sunset fishing! The beauty of a majestic sunset matched with the fun fishing! The crew take them to the best fishing spots and help them to catch fish for their dinner. "A unique experience, thanks to you" she hugged Michael. Maldivian sunset with fun of traditional fishing and they had lovely dinner on board. Grilled fish was served on their table with a choices of delicious picnic specialties from the Chef on board. On their third day, they engaged with sport activities. They went to beach gym, they played beach volleyball, took part in water activities such as pedalo rides, windsurfing, kayaking, snorkelling, svuba diving, topcat sailing and boat excursions. The experience Rain and Michael wouldn't forget was the snorkeling. Reefs and beauty that roams under water is known in Maldives. They enjoyed connecting with all the sea life. "This is life! Couldn't ask for more!" she exaggerated. They enjoyed their last day with water activities again, a private experience to spend few hours for a relaxing cruise, snorkelling, dolphin adventure, they also visited some local village and widen their knowledge about maldivians. Michael's staring at Rain whose talking to the locals, he knew Rain's very happy right now, it was one of her bucket list to go to Maldives with him. Lovely coral reefs, inhabited with colourful fish and fascinating sea creatures are the beautiful living things you can see at Baglioni's blue lagoon. That's why he chose Baglioni, his wife will surely love it, and as he expected, Rain is very happy that she'll broke into tears as she hugged Michael. "This is our last day here any request?" Michael asked "I heard about romantic stargazing, why don't we try it?" "Sure, love" as he kissed her forehead They get to experience the beauty of a clear Maldivian evening, in a cruise. Where the aesthetic night sky is bursting with billions of glittering stars. They got pleased to come back and enjoy the unique tropical paradise again soon, with their family.
