The blood which had sprayed across her face was sticky now and beginning to itch. She trapesed wearily up the stairs, realising now how right Sawyer had been about the adrenaline crash being draining. She pushed open the door to the bathroom and was aghast at how she looked when she saw herself in the mirror. She froze, raising her hand to her hair, which was soaked with blood in places.
