Eden kept her eyes glued to the two alpha werewolves that were busy wooing a witch “Ah… the irony of it all!”
“Irony of what?” she heard a manly voice question her from behind and she wondered how long he had been standing there and what did he think of her staring out at the parking lot at his alpha “You didn’t answer my question!”
I cleared my throat masking my emotions “the irony that a beautiful girl like me has no one to even give her company for a coffee while people who don’t want it are getting tons of it!” shrugging my shoulders I turned around and looked at him.
“Maybe if you weren’t so invested in staring at something that doesn’t belong to you and concentrated on everything else, you might have just found that company that you are longing for” I caught movement in the corner
