Tonight was the event of her life she would come into her full witch power after explaining what happened in her dream to her uncle, drakes, and Kayleen she had to leave and head home the events of last night were still fresh in her mind and she missed her run with Shuan.
The day's events went by so fast and she was already in her room getting ready for her party with the pack, she hadn't seen anyone all day she was locked up in the house with her mother and brother going over what was expected of her.
She wanted to go outside and see her uncle and the boys she wanted to tell Shuan she was sorry for missing their run and training.
As she stood she looked outside and noticed the sun was already gone she had half an hour left till the party, so she made her way over to her mirror.
Her light blonde hair was plated to the left side of her dripping over her shoulder as she wore her dress that she and her mother went to the town to get it complemented her figure and hugged her curves in all the right places her boobs were pushed up in a proper dress bra and her skin was flaws, her dress stopped just above her knees and her tattoo was visible in its gold and black ink.
Her boots she got came just below her knee and the shine and shimmer in the boots went so well with her dress that she was unrecognizable.
Her make-up was light she had dark eyeliner and mascara on making her eyes pop she looked absolutely beautiful and heaven-sent.
There was a knock on her bedroom door and she turned to it.
"Lisha are you almost ready dear everyone is waiting downstairs"
Her mother was all too excited more than she was, Alisha was feeling nervous and just wanted to hit the mat. She had locked her bedroom door and she was thankful she did.
"I'll be down soon Mother"
She heard her mother's footsteps walk away from her door and she gave a sigh of relief, all day her tattoo was burning it made her angry and grumpy so she knew she wasn't going to last too long at the party.
Alisha sat on her bed and just looked out her window at the moon it was full tonight and Deliah was restless.
"Dee, are you ok?"
"I'm fine Lish I just want out this power keeps building in us, we need a release"
"Ok, Dee let's get this party over with then well go for a run."
At the sound of run Deliah was happy and decided not to push out.
Alisha took one last look in the mirror and pushed her bedroom door open.
As she did she was hit with that same smell of freshly baked cookies and chocolate she stood still and her eyes widened.
"Mate..?" Deilah had whispered to Alisha making her panic a little, Kayleen was her mate how? She hoped her uncle would try to kill him.
"Uncle Nicco?" She called for him.
"What's up kiddo we are all downstairs waiting for you?"
"Can you come up please"
Within seconds her uncle was in front of her and saw how beautiful she was standing in her dress her head was down and her breathing was heavy.
"what's wrong kiddo? You don't look too good."
"I feel like hell uncle Nicco my tattoo keeps burning, im scared of this power that surging inside me and Deliah wants to run to Kayleen...He is my mate"
She looks up to her uncle and he notices that her eyes are glowing bright blue and gold as there are now purple specks in her eyes, she's breathing heavily and her body is slightly shaking.
"I feel like I'm losing myself, Uncle Nicco.. what do I do?"
Alisha was confused not just about her power but also about the mate bond she liked Kayleen he was a good listener and was there for her when she couldn't sleep she found a sense of peace but wasn't sure it was love as she didn't know what love was.
"How about I take everyone ahead and you meet us there, kiddo? You look like you might explode," her uncle joked. But when she replied in a whisper, "I feel like I will," he understood she needed time.
"I've got you, kiddo, and you look beautiful," he said, kissing her head before heading downstairs.
Alisha found herself standing on the precipice of change. Her heart pounded like a drum, echoing the ancient rhythms of her dual heritage. As a half-wolf, half-witch, she was a bridge between two worlds she would finally come into her full power.
The moon hung high in the sky, casting long shadows that danced and flickered in the forest surrounding her home. Alisha could feel the pull of the moon, the Deliah within her stirring. But there was another pull, a spark deep within her that flickered and crackled with magical energy her tattoo burning. It was her witch's power, waiting to be fully awakened.
Her mother, a powerful witch, had told her of this day. "When you turn sixteen, your powers and tattoo will reach their peak. You will be more powerful than every witch before you."
The thought of finding her mate both excited and terrified Alisha. She wasnt really looking for a mate she did how ever wounder whether they would accept her for who - or rather, what - she was.
But there was a danger lurking. A prophecy foretold that a half-wolf, half-witch would be hunted by those who feared her power and those who wanted her power for themselfs, Alisha knew she had to be ready, for herself, for her family and for her little brother.
As she stood under the moonlight, Alisha took a deep breath. She could feel the energy coursing through her veins, Deliah and the witch within her both restless. Today was her birthday and the day of her full awakening. And she would be ready, no matter what came her way.
She could see in the distance the pack and her family were all gathered and waiting, as she got closer to the party and the stage the smell of freshly baked cookies and chocolate was stronger than ever she stood still as she spotted Kayleen with his head to the sky smelling her sent as other girls were surrounding him, she has no sense of jealousy in her she knew he was hers but before Kayleen could turn his head to her she disappeared and headed towards the stage tapping her father on the shoulder.
"Alisha you look.." her father was taking in her appearance with pride "Beautiful my daughter" He hugged her tightly.
"Thanks, Father lets get this party over with please I need a release and fast"
He stood back looking into her eyes and he could tell Deliah needed out.
"Ladies and Gentlemen of the Pack,
Today is a day of great significance, a day that will be etched in our memories and carried in our hearts for generations to come. Today, we gather under the silver glow of the moon, amidst the whispering trees and the sacred stones, to celebrate a momentous occasion - the coming of age of my firstborn, my pride, my daughter Alisha Selena Cathrine Lang.
From the day she opened her eyes to the world, she has been a beacon of strength, courage, and wisdom. She has shown the heart of a wolf, fierce and loyal, and the spirit of a witch, wise and mysterious. Today, as she steps into adulthood, she embraces her destiny, her power as a witch, a power that has been passed down through our lineage, from generation to generation.
As her father, I have watched her grow, from a playful pup to a strong and determined young woman. I have seen her curiosity bloom into knowledge, her instincts sharpen with each passing day, and her magic, oh her magic, grow stronger and more potent. Today, she stands before you, ready to claim her place among us, ready to harness her power, ready to lead.
Let the moon bear witness to this sacred ceremony, let the stars twinkle in approval, and let the winds carry our joyous howls to every corner of the forest. Today, my daughter, you are no longer a child but a witch, a wolf, a leader. May your magic always be strong, your heart always brave, and your spirit always free.
To my daughter, to the future of our pack, I say - let your journey begin."
