It's literally been a week and I swear my sister sinks further and further into her misery every day. I don't know why she has to be so stubborn. I know she wants her mate, but she refuses to give in. It's starting to piss me off as well because I can feel every ounce of her emotions through our bond and she's making me feel equally as miserable as she's feeling. It's beyond frustrating and enough to make me want to rip my hair out... and possibly hers, too.
After dealing with Liam, she began burying herself in training and work, reminding me of our father and the loophole he's been stuck in for years, since losing my mother. If Abbi thinks she's going to turn out like him, she's got another thing coming, because I'll be damned if I let that happen.
