I jerk up, being awaken by crazy and frantic words echoing in my head.
"....Under attack....We are under attack."
The words sink into my head and I jump out of bed, frantically running for the door. I run downstairs and see women and children flooding the packhouse and heading downstairs to the safe room doors. I run for the back door and head out onto the porch.
There are wolves everywhere. Our pack members and a ton of rogues that are coming in from everywhere. I don't hesitate, jumping off the deck and shifting in mid-air, with my clothes tearing, and hitting the ground around me.
