14 Days : The Witch's Countdown

Lilith, she was the most beautiful woman anyone had ever seen. Her skin glowed in moonlight, and her hair cascaded in flowing black waved. Everywhere she went, man worshipped her, and the woman envied her. She's the meaning of perfection in the dictionary, and she knew it. But everything will fade away in time, and nothing is permanent. As years passed, her beauty faded away. She started to notice the imperfections on her skin-a faint wrinkle, dullness in her once radiant skin. Panic clawed her. She could not accept that. She would not want to wither like ordinary people. Then, one day, whispers of a powerful witch reached her ears. Lilith sought the witch without a single hesitation. " I want immortality," said Lilith with a desperation. " I want my beauty to last forever," she kneeled down in front of the witch. The witch smiled. "Such a gift comes at a cost," she warned Lilith. But Lilith doesn't care. "No price is too high for my beauty." Under the full moon, the ritual began. The witch chanted ancient words, her voice weaving spells that older than time itself. Lilith stood at the center of the circle. Her eyes gleamed with greed, ready to embrace eternity. But just as the spell reached its peak, a small child stumbled into the circle, accidentally breaking the ritual. The flame flickered, the magic cracked, and the ritual had been ruined. Lilith screamed in rage. Furious, she turned to the chil, her once beautiful face twisting fury. She raised her trembling hand and cursed her bloodline. "Your family will suffer for eternity. No descendant of yours will live past the age of 30." The curse was sealed. But Lilith hunger for immortality remained. She sought another witch - one even darker. One that doesn't fear the laws of nature. This time, the ritual succeeded. But there's was a consequence. Lilith body perished, but her soul remained trapped, waiting 200 years to be reborn. Until then, she remained as a lifeless porcelain doll, her heart hidden somewhere safe. And now, those 200 years are nearly over.
