Nothing was making sense; I wanted to trust our mate. No, scratch that. I actually trust our mate, but I knew nothing good would come out of it if we just trusted her blindly without properly doing what we needed to do.
And that is why we are now headed to Zuri’s room instead of Dalia's room. I had to keep my emotions aside because I know that at the end of the day this is what is best for everyone, including Dalia.
We left the building and made it outside. The number of pack members that were hanging around gossiping had reduced, but a few were still standing around, probably waiting for what we would do now that we were back. We walked past them and continued on our way to the hospital.
