ANNE'S POV Packing up my bag as fast as I could I paused in front of the mirror " Wow " I said in shocked as I just stood and admired myself in the flowery themed dress my mum got me a week earlier " Anne are u coming? " my roommate Ella shouted bringing me back to the reality that I was late to class again. I ran as fast as I could to get to class IN THE CLASSROOM " Miss Anne " the teacher yelled bringing me to a halt " late again I see, what your excuse this time " I tried thinking of an excuse while turning to face her " umm I... I...I was sent on an errand by a teacher " the teacher just glared and gave me the signal to find a seat, walking slowly trying hard not to trip, I spot a hand waving at me telling me to come over I slowly walked over and spotted an empty seat next to a girl dressed in a black mini skirt and pink top with her thick dark hair falling over her shoulders as she moved. She casually tapped on the seat asking me to take a seat. I casually set my stuff on the table and feel a hand next to me " hi my name's Racheal " the girl said in a hushed tone, I gave a gentle smile before taking her hand for a handshake "I'm... " "Ella right I've seen you around a lot" but our conversation got cut short " mind sharing the topic you both are so interested in with the class " she said with a stern look we both quickly stopped and faced the teacher with a sorry look. " Finally classes are over for the day " I said with a sigh of relief " boo " someone shouting startling me I turned around to take a look at who that could be " did I startle you " Racheal said in a childish voice " of course you did, please don't do that again you nearly gave me a heart attack " I said but she just shrugged it off like it was nothing " anyways I just wanted to ask for your number so I can reach you " she said stretching her phone over " ohh okay " I said in a hushed tone as I silently put the number in her phone " is that it ?" she asked stretching over to see " yes " I said handing her back her a phone with a smile " you know you don't talk a lot right ? " she said walking away and waving me goodbye Back in the Dorm " Ahhh " I said with a sense of relief finally getting into my bed when Ella came in looking rather anxious than usual " what happened to you " I asked still looking at my phone " I don't wanna talk about it " she said trying to shrug off my question " Come on you can tell me what's going on I promise I won't tell a soul " I said finally putting my phone away " I'll tell you but promise me you won't tell anyone " she asked looking concerned " I won't now spit it out already " I begged "fine remember that new professor in my department right ? " I nodded in agreement as she went on " well today he sked me to meet him in his office regarding that project I submitted last week , so I walked into the office and you won't believe what I saw " she said shaking with fear " what did you see Ella tell me " I asked panicking and shaking her to get an answer " I...I...I...saw him dead Anne I saw the professor lifeless in a pool of blood " she said tearing up " Ella did any one see you go into the office" I asked trying to get an answer to the question but got distracted by my phone's ringtone I picked up the phone and saw an unknown number so I answered the call " hello... who is this please" I asked d curiously " it's me Racheal I'm outside your door can you please open the door the door for me " she said while I looked at Ella for answer but she just gave a slight nod and went towards the entrance of the room opening the door " hi " I said standing in her way " umm do you mind if I come in " she asked suspiciously " no of course not, come in please " I said stepping away from the entrance. "what's wrong with your roommate is she alright" she asked looking at me waiting for an answer "ummm" I stuttered not knowing whether to tell her the truth or not but at this point I had no other choice so I opened up to her and told her everything and to my shock she didn't even look surprised at all " so is the body still at the office" she asking finally breaking the ice " I don't know I think so" I said just looking at her " well if that's so we need to get rid of that body " she said looking at her phone like it didn't matter " what are you saying Racheal how can we get rid of a body, can you hear yourself talk" I asked furiously " listen to me if we don't get rid of that body as soon as possible your friend here umm what's her name" she asked " Ella" I replied "your friend here Ella is going to be in trouble okay if people find out that that professor is dead do you think they won't look for the culprit and I'm also sure the person who did this isn't dumb enough to leave any clues for he/ she to be found, and if they don't find the real culprit who do you think they're gonna push the blame on " she asked waiting for an answer " Ella" I said in realization, she nodded in agreement " so how do we hide the body then" Ella said finally speaking up "Nope you're not gonna do anything okay you've been through a lot already so what I want you to do now is to take a leave from campus just go home and relax, and do not I repeat do not mention what happened to any other person okay" she said looking as serious as ever " " what about the body and why are you so calm in this situation" I asked confused " I know a guy who can help us hide the body or better off dispose the body" Racheal stated "what if someone goes into his office before that guy shows up" I added still not knowing where this is was going " no... nobody will be able to get in I...I locked the door from the outside and I took the keys" Ella said showing me the bunch of keys "that's good Anne let's go" she said with a stern look on her face " umm go where exactly" I said but didn't give me a reply and just dragged me outside.
