Prudence woke up back in her bunk. Her body felt sore like she had tried to wrestle one of the spring calves back at the farm and failed miserably. A pounding coursed through her head with each heartbeat. With a whimper she sat up, throwing her legs over the side of the bed. That is when she noticed she was no longer in the dress she had on during the night. She was clad only in a long tunic. Confusion twisted her already aching head. “Good morin’ Miss,” a friendly voice called from the doorway as the servant girl entered.
