FIRE GIRL

CHAPTER 2

    There was a small diner next to the motel. We held hands as we walked to the diner. Once inside we sat down and started to look at the menu. Jason," Wow Sam, today has been one busy day, am I right?" Sam puts her menu down as she looks around and leans toward him and whispers," Really Jason?? I don't think we should be taking about this now. Someone might hear us." She pulls her menu back up. Just before he could response to her, the waiter came. The girl took their order and then came back a few minutes with their drinks and walks away. Jason," Look, all I'm saying it was a close one this time. Nothing else, I'm not going into detail." He grabs her hands over the table and smiles at her without having to say a word. Their food came and they started to eat and made small talk about where to go next. After dinner, they walked back to the motel. Sam says," Jason, I think you need to go to a safe house until I find the others or figure out what to do next." He stops her," Sam, no. I'm not going to leave you so you can do this by yourself. We will do this together." She smiles at him and he leans down and kisses her. They went in the room so they could try and get some rest for their long trip to, who knows where too. Sam wanted to take a shower before bed. Jason had the T.V. on while she goes in the bathroom. Sam puts music on her phone so she could listen while she showers. After about a 20 minute shower she got out. She stood in front of the mirror and wipes the mist from it. She looks at herself, " When is this going to stop?" She got dress and started to brush her hair back and puts it into a ponytail. Just as she turned off the phone, she hears something coming from the room. She opens the door to see Jason laying on it, but doesn't see him there. The T.V. is on still she calls out," Jason...Jason where are you?" She looks under the bed, the small closet, and then she notice the front door slightly open. Fear took over her face and realize her premonition was coming true. She runs outside as she hears a screeching sound. She see's Jason in a black SUV, " PLEASE, DON'T TAKE HIM AWAY...JASON...I'LL FIND YOU, NO MATTER WHAT!!!" The car peels out on to the road. Sam stood there as tears fell down her cheeks. The motel manger comes out front the office," Hey, are you okay? Do you want me to call the cops?" Sam looks at him," No, please!! It's fine...it's fine." She turns and see's people stand from their room looking at her with shock and worry on their faces as they whispers. She runs back into her motel room and closes the door. She sits on the bed," What am I going to do?" Sam knew she wasn't going to be able to sleep now. She goes back to the bathroom and wash her face. While she drys her face with a towel, she hears," Hello Sam." She turns around, but she doesn't see anyone. The bathroom door was already open. She walks to the doorway, but still no one. Then again," Sam....over here." She spins around and see's someone's reflection in the mirror. She walks back toward the mirror," Sunny....is that really you?" He laughs with joy," The one and only little sister." Tears started to seep through her eyes again," Oh Sunny, I'm so happy to see you. Where are you?" Sunny looks closer," Sam, what's wrong? Are you okay?" Sam couldn't stop cry after then. Finally, she told him what's be happening since they all were separated. How she met Jason and how he's been her rock and he knows everything about her. Sunny says," Well little sister, I need you to come to me. You're not to far from where you are at." He gave her direction where to go. He told her once she gets close to where he's at to put a cloaking spell, so no one can follow or track her. The next morning she packs her car and takes the key back and the manger says,             " Thank you and I hope to see you next time. And I hope everything goes well with you and...your friend." He smiles slightly and Sam didn't want to think about what must be happening to Jason. She smiles and nodes at him and leaves. Once in the car she drives on the road and tells herself," I hope Sunny can help me find our other siblings and find Jason."
