The trip my class was going on was a trail in the middle of the bush. My first decision was not to go. I hate the bush, mosquitoes, bugs, and who knows what else is out there. When I said I wasn't going, Joshua almost freaked out, saying I would go, that he was the one leading the trail.
I didn't understand the reason for his insistence. We couldn't even be together, but he pressured me so much that I decided to go.
My mom came back on the day of the trip, she wanted to know why I left my own party, but I couldn't answer. She was stroking my boyfriend, and that's not an image that will leave my mind anytime soon.
