She pondered for a few moments longer, she glanced over Adrian's handsome face. Even though he was cold. His eyes held bravery and sincerity for his people, maybe he's not a bad person after all.
"Yes.. I do" she breathed out calmly.
The priest asked the same from Adrian and without thinking his lips muttered "yes I do" almost mindlessly. It was going to end in a few months after all, it didn't matter to him.
They were announced husband and wife. "You may kiss' ' the crowd clapped cheerfully as Adrian came closer to her. His eyes stared deep in her baby blue eyes as her breathing became shallow. Her pink lips parted a little, Adrian's attention was drawn to them and he felt something for the first time in years. He held her by her waist and pulled her closer, palming her face with one of his hands and gave her a gentle peck. When they parted Adrian was looking at her constantly whereas her cheeks became crimson red from blushing, she was flustered and her heart skipped a beat. It was her first kiss. She didn't really imagine her first kiss in such a situation and definitely not with a Dragon!
