5.Once Lovers

Mike was in deep thoughts, he remembered all his college days with Vicki...

His past with Vicki:

Mike was twenty and Vicki was nineteen that time... On the day of Mike's graduation ceremony they both dressed elegantly and looks envy of every eye in the college. They both went to ceremony , Mike received his graduation certificate and look more delightful, he thought his all worries come to end and prove to his elders that he is worth to take over their business but he decided to wait For the right moment.

In this happy occasion Mike wants to confess his feelings towards Victoria, since he crossed thirteen years he fell in love with Victoria and he wants to express his feelings but he waited for this moment and he controlled his emotions till know. But now he is ready to express his feelings and want to spoil her in every possible way.

Everyone was busy in receiving their graduation certificate, at the moment Mike asked Vicki to go out for dinner and she said yes. After their ceremony every one moved to ball room to have some fun with their partners..

Mike and Vicki went to ball room and Mike asked her hand for dance Vicki nodded and they both leads to dance floor. Dance floor was shining like galaxy as Mike and Vicki becomes stars of the night. Everyone becomes jealous about their pair but Vicki was always treated Mike as a best friend but Mike had other motives..

Once ceremony was completed, Mike asked Vicki to go out for dinner. They both went to Italian restaurant named "hanging gardens" and it's a beautiful outdoor restaurant and its view was magnificent and all the tulips and orchards were decorated in all over the garden and all variety of flowers were arranged in garland form and they were hanging in each and every tables to catch their visitor’s heart.

Mike specially booked a table there to show her how romantic he is and confess his love and how strong his feelings towards her.

When they reached the restaurant, Vicki was astonished by view and immediately she liked this place.

They sat in heart shaped table and it specifically designed and arranged with red roses and lilies. Their it written "I Love you", but Vicki was confused and saw Mike, " what is this?  who arranged this? might be someone reserved for their romantic proposal , hey Miky it's not our table right tell me whose this romantic hero and whose the lucky girl here" she said .

But Mike voice came behind and said "what if the lucky girl is you and romantic hero is me and if I say my heart is sitting there in words". You accept it? ,he confessed his love but Vicki was shocked and raised her eyebrows, look in to his eyes..

then suddenly Mike hugged her tightly and said Vicki "since I crossed thirteen years I was madly in love with you but my age was not supportive to express and I surpass my feelings but today is the right time to tell you my feelings and here my heart beats and saying "I Love you Vicki", be my girlfriend .

Vicki was stunned and her throat becomes dry. she always consider Mike as a best buddy but she never knew his intentions and his feelings. She remembered his support in her childhood and how he saved her from bullies and she always respect him but it's knew to her, she dreamt to become a business woman and love is for away for her..

She always feels tense when ever Mike near her and her heart beat was raised but she ignored her feelings since she busy in studies and today she doesn't know how to respond to him . She was totally in mess to understand her own feelings and she doesn't want to reply harshly. so, she said

"Mike I'm happy, I'm that lucky girl but you must wait for my response..I'm not rejecting you; I'm just asking some space to understand my own feelings ".

Let me have some time to process then she asked "would you wait for me till that time", Mike was surprised but understands her situation.

They both hugged in friendly manner then they continue with dinner. After his confession Mike never disturbs her and he went to Harvard University for his masters in business.

Vicki was busy in her graduation thesis and waiting for the day of her graduation, she thought after her graduation she wants to study in Harvard, to get along with Mike again..

All her days were bored since Mike left to Harvard, she missed him so much and sometimes she wants to hug him tightly but he was far from her.

Even though they talk every day but she wants to meet him and wants to spend time like in college but she surpass her feelings..

All these days , she understood her feelings for Mike . It is not just friendship but beyond her imaginations.. she remembered his confession and smiled herself as lucky .

Once she went to Harvard she wants to tell her feelings as well.

Days of  waiting was over now. she completed her graduation and joined in Harvard. They both met again and continue their study.

One day Vicki invites Mike for lunch and they both enjoyed their meal. They went for small walk in university and there was a garden, they went to garden to get some fresh air ,

suddenly Vicki hugged him and said Mike I understood my feelings for you and I'm happy to be your girlfriend."I Love you Miky", she expressed. Immediately Mike pressed his lips on her and licks her lower lip then he entered his tongue and endured her sweetness.

Vicki accepted his kiss and both were enjoyed in world of romance. On that day onwards they were together in each and every occasion either it was sad or happy.

His past ends here….

But all their moments were stuck in photo frames and in reality they were about to separate.

Mike remembered all these and he laughed hysterically about his current situation.

That night he couldn't get sleep the darkness of night and his life both are same , he is searching for light of his life in darkness but he is not able to find out...
