Chapter Eight The next day passed slowly. While Evelyn hadn't had any other dreams, she’d still slept fitfully due to her eagerness to see if her hunch was correct. The second the school bell rang at the end of the day she left in a flash. Evelyn's feet skipped along the familiar path, but instead of going into the library as usual, she continued around the corner and down the street a few extra blocks. The address she was looking for wasn't far away. She pulled out the tattered postcard and looked at it again, then back up at the unassuming, one-story bungalow in front of her. It was a pretty blue colour, with a brown roof and a two-car garage. Nothing about the house screamed excitement, except the number beside the door. Number 24. The exact same number as the address on the postcard
