Mhia pulled her cell phone away from her ear as Adreianne's piercing voice echoed through it. She just received a call from her. She didn't know how Adreianne found out that she was back in the Philippines, and she felt nervous about the call. She knew how Adreianne's mind worked.
"Your voice. Are you trying to rupture my eardrums?" she retorted, her irritation evident.
