First Class

People stared as Alise and I walked toward the building. They've always stared rather it was from fascination, or envy, or even curiosity we've always had all eyes on us.....so we ignored it. They all loved Alise but, they weren't to fond of me so school was often chaotic between the two of us.           I've divided the school into three groups. The decent people, the people who liked Alise because she was sweet, honest, kind, and helpful. The people who would actually wave or smile at me before starting a conversation with my best friend. These people I wasn't too concerned about but I still kept my eye on em.          The second group of people in this school were the fake people. The ones that only cared for Alise because she was rich. They were money and power hungry and in they're eyes she was the way to the top. Usually, they'd try to wait til she was alone to talk to her. I rarely leave her alone.           The last group of people are the suck ups, kiss ups, more fake people basically. This group was mostly made of the facility though, students who's parents work, or hope to work for or with her dad are in this group too. Alise, the helpful person she is, tries to listen to all these people and bring it up to her dad later.           Don't get me wrong, Alise's dad Brian is in no way, shape, or form the richest or most powerful man in our city. But, he's the most open to change and he cares about his employees. Plus, the pays not bad either thats why people suck up to her for a spot in her dads company. That's why I watch them.           We, as always, were running a little late so we were speed walking to the hallway with the homeroom assignments. We both looked for our names hoping we were in the same homeroom and luckily enough we were. Unfortunately however our homeroom was on the other side of campus. We shared a look and took off running.           We got to the closest stairway and started the trek to the third at full speed.  My legs were burning but the rumors about this teachers tardy policy were enough to keep me going. Reaching the last step I turned the corner with Alise hot on my heels and ran into something hard.          "oof" I heard from Alise as she hit the ground beside me. "owww" she rubbed her butt.           I looked up wondering what we could've possibly hit, and saw two boys. Both of these guys were tall but one had hair as black as night and eyes so green they looked inhuman. The other guys hair was blonde almost lighter then Alise's but not quite with dark blue eyes that reminded me of a angry ocean.           The black haired boy offered me his hand as the other guy did the same to Alise. I took it and pushed myself off the floor as soon as I was upright I released him and jumped back as if he burned me. I looked at my best friend and it was as if she was in a trance just staring at the blonde haired man.           "We're so sorry for running into you," I addressed both boys reaching for Alise's hand. "but we've got to go." and with that i pulled her past them and we took off running again.           Making it to class with only seconds to spare before the tardy bell rung we took the first opens seats next to each other and sat down catching our breath then breaking into a breathless laugh at what just happened. Then as quickly as it came my smile disappeared. The two males we crashed into had walked through the classroom door. Alise and I looked at each other and i could tell we were thinking the same thing 'f**k'.           The black haired boy nudged his friend and the started to head over to the seats behind us. I saw Alise stiffen in the corner of my eye and my protective side automatically came out. I sent both boys my fiercest glare and while the blonde stopped for a second the raven haired one just smirked and kept coming. My blood felt like fire in my veins, I was gonna burn him alive.           As the boys sat down, the teacher walked in so Alise nudged me to stop. I gave the teacher all my attention...yep..... there's no way I was distracted by the deep mumbling voices behind me. Then i heard the word blonde, I turned with a glare so powerful im surprised they didn't burn...or freeze. "Is there a problem Ms.Powell?" I heard from behind and noticed the green eyed boy trying to hide his smile. "No, Mr.Sims" I turned back to the front "sorry."
