Dr. Juhi Mohan's POV:

I had placed my head on the pillow and immediately fell asleep. I was expecting to sleep for the most part of the day. I was sore, despite the massage and I was very grateful to the Alphas for it. I was clean and full of delicious food.
I was supposed to have a great sleep, right?
Wrong.
I don't know what it was, but something gave me this awful feeling of dread that I could not shake even in my sleep. I tossed and turned until I couldn't take anymore.
"Roohi!" Someone called softly.
It is not my name but it sounded like I was being referred to. It somehow made sense, even though I had no idea what it even meant.
I felt someone grab my arms right where that woman from my vision had grabbed me, making me wince and wake up gasping.
Was it a dream or another vision?
I looked up and around. I felt a little disoriented for a few moments due to the unfamiliar surroundings.
I was so used to the Alphas' presence that it felt weird for me to wake up and not find them around or close. My surroundings had fire symbolism everywhere, but the decor was much more lavish and detailed than the room in the prison cave.
I laid back, hoping to fall back asleep. I hugged a huge pillow, and it gave Devgan's scent, calming me instantly.
But it was not enough to put me back to sleep.
I sat back up and poured myself a glass of water from the bedside table. The cool water helped refresh me a little. I was still tired but I guessed it was the new place that was making me uncomfortable enough to not get proper sleep.
I knew what would help and I was ready to go for it.
I immediately put on my slippers and went outside to search for the Alphas.
The older me would've been too shy or self-deprecating to actively seek out even one of these amazing men. But they had taught me how loveable I was for them. They had proved that I was worth even putting aside their grudges just so that they wouldn't have to give up on me.
I was in my shorts and crop top with cute strings. I was not sure why I believed that we would be as alone as when I had gone to sleep a few hours ago.
I heard some voices coming from a certain room with an opaque glass door and I stretched before entering without knocking.
My steps faltered the moment I stepped inside and saw eight, instead of four pairs of eyes staring at me.
I swallowed as I glanced at the four new people, my eyes lingering suspiciously on the new woman beside Kata, standing a bit too close for my comfort.
"Who let you in?" The man in a suit standing beside Devgan started rudely.
"Who are you, Miss?" asked another man standing beside Arin, in a similar rude tone, simultaneously.
"What is a sexy little thing like you doing here? The party is downstairs." Said the man in shorts, standing beside Vagus and looking at me like I was the best steak he had ever seen.
"I shall get rid of her instantly." The girl beside Kata spoke with authority and urgency, making me frown and place my hands on my hips.
Just because I was not an Alpha-she-something. I had no idea what their females were called. But just because I wasn't officially that didn't mean I was a nobody in this world. These Alphas were mine and they had made sure that I was theirs. Either they confirm my identity or I would.
"No one is going anywhere. Everyone calm down." Arin spoke in his amazing calm voice that was the first thing that attracted me to him and never failed since.
Kata stepped toward me, "Flower, why aren't you asleep? What woke you up?" He sounded genuinely concerned and the confused look on the face of the woman beside him felt so satisfying to me.
Devgan simply crossed the room, took off the long embroidered velvet cape from his shoulders, and dropped it across me, blocking my body from everyone's view. I was grateful to him for this gesture and whispered a thanks.
"Great! Everyone is here. Let us sit down and start the introductions." Vagus clapped his hands with a perfect mixture of excitement and sarcasm, making me smile subconsciously at him.
The four new people looked at him like he had sprouted hours on his head with that sentence.
"Alpha? What are you-?" The man beside him tried to question but Devgan took charge, "Since we missed the annual meeting this year. Let it be now."
Devgan placed a hand on my ass and led me to the head of the table and pulled the seat.
I took it and Devgan took the one to my right and Arin to my left.
The man in the suit who was beside Devgan when I had entered, went to sit beside him but Vagus slipped in the seat before he could, sending his characteristic annoying wink at him.
To the man's visible shock, Devgan allowed it, just like Arin allowed Kata to sit beside him instead of the man who he had been standing with.
Once everyone was seated Vagus again clapped his hands and started, "How about some introductions?"
Then motioned for the man in shorts, sitting beside him, "This is Henry, my Beta wolf. My brother from other mother. My first officer. My right-hand man. My-"
"I got it. Thanks." I told him and then said to Henry, "Hello, Henry. Nice to meet you." I interrupted Vagus' monologue and he just smirked while Henry shook his head amused and embarrassed at the same time.
Henry just nodded but suddenly Vagus slapped him at the back of his head and made a weird expression, like talking without moving the mouth. Henry seemed to understand him and his eyes widened as he took me in again, like actually seeing me for the first time.
"The pleasure is all mine, Ma'am." He said.
This was going to be interesting.
