The weeks rolled on, and our little standing arrangement of me staying over on weekends became our new normal. Alex would pick me up in a predetermined spot on Friday afternoons, which we changed from time, just to be safe, and then he would drop me back off at my dorm on Sunday.
My weeks were a haze of classes, assignments, studying and tests, but the weekends were what kept me going. I looked forward to them from the moment Alex dropped me off on Sunday.
When we were together, we spent our time watching movies, playing chess or different board games, sometimes we would go for runs in the forest or take walks in the garden with Titan, and we would often cook together. But we never left his home, besides our occasional runs in the forest behind his house.
