"How the f**k did she get away?" He screamed
"Well Sir, Master Koda showed up and I knew I couldn't let him see me or he would tell his father and you would be found out. He killed the men that were with me, I am truly sorry sir." His head hung in shame.
"This is only going to make things far more complicated, find that bimbo she wolf we will need her help. Now that brother and sister have met it is only a matter of time before she learns who she is."
"Right away Sir" The cowardly man scurried away to track down his masters new pawn.
"I must get my hands on her before she knows any more, she cannot learn her true power." He muttered to himself looking out a window onto a dark foggy forest.

"So your telling me that you cannot tell me who our mother and father are but they are alive?" Keelin snapped at her brother.
"Why you were lef-"
"abandoned Kade, I was abandoned" I cut him off.
"Okay why you were abandoned is not my story to tell, but I can say when our father found out he was so angry and hurt. All he wanted was to see his little princess grow up, and mother took that away from him." I noticed him avoiding their names but I would not push for them just yet.
"I need to speak to him Kade, I have to know." My heart hurt, I already have parents but knowing the man who gave me life wanted to know me, well it just hurts.
"I do not care about your mother, I have one who actually wanted me. But I need to know father if he truly did love me."
"Keelin they both love you, mother is helping you following your destiny whether father likes it or not. It did hurt her to leave you but she knew it was for the best."
"I. Dont. Care." I spit.
"I will speak to father, he is much more keen on bending the rules to know you."
After breakfast Kade walked me back to the forest border, we agreed that I should not tell anyone how I survived and that I found my brother. He will send me notes through a trusted friend in the pack, a man named Brett or his mate Marcy. He gave me a big hug and promised to speak to our father soon, he watched as I finished the short walk through the foggy dark forest back to the castle grounds.

Slowly I crept through the bushes at the border in hopes no one would see me.
"Keelin?"

"Oh thank goddess your alive!!" Koda wrapped his arms tightly around me, earning a grunt in pain back. He quickly let go.
"s**t Im sorry, are you alright?" Before I could speak another voice chimed in.
"Of course shes not, just look at her you i***t!" Jace for once sounded worried about me, but also relieved? Koda quickly pulled off my coat and gave me a once over, look of dissatisfaction crossed his hazel eyes.
"Lets get you to a doctor right away, Jace will let the King and your parents know you are back. Can you walk or should I carry you?" He attempted to pick me up but I stopped him.
"Yes I can walk, did you say my parents are here???" I didn't refuse the doctor because I knew if I didn't get checked out they would never allow me to continue my duties.
"They arrived a few days after you went missing, when Beta Francis told them you went missing they were to worried to stay home." Jace informed me. "Now off to the doctor, we need you in good shape."

"I said Im fine, now can I go?" Ive been poked and prodded at for what feels like forever, Dr. Leah said I have 3 broken ribs, a broken shoulder, broken ankle and damage to my pelvis from a heavy blow. When she undid the bandages on my leg she found puncture wounds from a wolf bite but it looked like the bastard chewed on my leg. Out of everything she is sure my leg would scar and it would be a week at best for me to finish healing.
"Where is she??" My father and mother rushed in the room scanning frantically until their eyes landed on me, my mother burst into tears as she threw her arms around me.
"My baby" She sobbed.
"Mom I promise Im okay" I rubbed reassuring circles on her back, they took turns checking over my body.
"Alpha" Dr. Leah spoke, he turned attention to her. "May I speak to you outside please" They stepped outside to talk about my blood results, I asked Dr. Leah not to mention them around my parents.
"Pack your things you are coming home with us at once" My dad demanded.
I gave him my firmest look "Im staying."
"Why Keelin? You could have died out there?" Mom looking like she was going to burst into tears again.
"But I didn't, please don't be hurt by this but since I've been here I found some information on my birth family." I slightly winced as the words came out, my parents just looked at each other obviously mind linking.
"Okay, but don't forget who raised you baby girl. But if ANYTHING like this ever happen again i will drag you home kicking and screaming if need be." My dad kissed the top of my head.
"You will always be my parents and I will always love you, not matter what." I hugged them both as the King cleared his voice.
"Miss Blake, a moment in my office if you will." Alpha Grey asked politely but everyone knew it was a demand.
"Yes Alpha"
