What are you doing?
Why are you staring?
The sea won't give you the assurance you need
Just let your eeman and your heart take the lead.
Why are you still crying?
Aren't you done trying?
You've made your prayer, you've made your peace.
Continue moving on, let things be as it is.
Stand up from where you're sitting
The horizon shows the sun setting
The same sun that shall rise from the west
When the trumpet is blown by the appointed Angel.
The person you wanted and loved is long gone
It could be that he/she isn't the right one
Don't worry about the countless No's you've received
Allah had reserved someone better for you to be with.
The saddest No that can create the worst sorrow
Is the No that you'll hear in another tomorrow
A time when we all shall stand to be judged
By Allah who'll weigh how much good we have.
