Before you turn the page what if at exactly 3:33 a.m., someone whispered your name from the woods. Would you answer? Even if the voice belonged to someone who disappeared years ago. Even if the townspeople insisted they never existed. Even if every instinct in your body begged you to run. Imagine standing in a cemetery where every gravestone is facing you instead of the sky. The wind suddenly stops. The birds go silent. Then, somewhere between the trees, a girl you’ve buried in your memories slowly raises her hand. She doesn’t scream. She doesn’t cry. She simply mouths two words. Help me. And before you can move something in the darkness smiles. Turn the page. It has been waiting for you.

Whispers in Fright Wood
“I watched time bleed through the cracks of the world… and it looked back at me.” In the town of Fright Wood, Canterbury skepticism reigned and superstition thrived. The townsfolk whispers about the supernatural and unexplainable echoed throughout the streets, spreading fear like wildfire. Amidst it all, two young girls, Emby Stevens and Skylar Warner, lived two very different lives in the outskirts of the town; with eyes that saw beyond the ordinary. When the outcast of the town, a kind soul shunned by many, was kidnapped by a mysterious cult; a seer in the town might be her only hope for survival. Despite the disbelief and scorn of the townspeople, she embarked on a quest to save the outcast and unravel the secrets of the hidden cult. But the journey ahead would be perilous, and the two girls knew they had to tread carefully and trust in their unique perception of the world. Emby, with her long and curly dark hair and piercing brown eyes, had a secret gift. She had a gift or a curse, depending on who you asked. She had a habit of seeing things others couldn’t. Skylar, her best friend, was also gifted with a keen intuition and a sixth sense that set them apart from the rest of the townsfolk. Skylar always knew that her abilities didn’t come from her parents but she could never figure out why she was so different from others. Especially her family. Skylar would frequently have these dreams or visions as some may say. Visions of two young girls playing in a crib laughing and singing. It would come as small glimpses but she always wondered who the two young girls were and why she would have that vision. There would be a day Skylar finds out who she is, but there may be a cost. Maybe Life. Maybe Death.
