Maya’s POV
Natasha’s hug was like a balm to soothe my nerves, like Alex had said, I was only worrying for nothing. Every tension that I had been feeling all day quickly banished into thin air and I was left feeling calm as she pulled out of the hug.
The smile on her face only became bigger as she wrapped her hands around mine and we walked back into the house.
It was time for dinner so we just headed to the dining room and settled in before the maids brought out the food I had whipped up with the chef tonight.
I had asked Alex what his sister’s favorite dishes were and after he had told me, I had specifically told the chef to assist me in only cooking foods that were Natasha’s favorite.
