Sitting across from each other at a fast-food restaurant table, I realized that things were going to be much more challenging than I had anticipated in my mind.
My main fear was that Aly, upon finding out not only about everything that had happened to me since I met the twins but also about my plans to leave town, would try to dissuade me from leaving.
However, that decision was firmly made, and I wasn't willing to back down.
"Where should I start?" I sighed after the waitress had taken our order, which included a double burger for me, but now I regretted it as I began to feel a knot in my stomach.
