I couldn't explain what I felt when I saw Jessica talking to that guy earlier. I didn't recognize him, but Cedrick said I knew him from before and that he works at Jessica's family's company just like she said. Whatever it was that I felt, I didn't like Jessica talking to him. Maybe I was jealous, but it would be impossible since I don't even remember being with Jessica yet.
Cedrick and I left after dinner. I kissed Jessica on the cheek and said goodbye. Jake and his girlfriend had left earlier. I wouldn't have left yet had they stayed. Jessica asked me to stay longer but I told her that I had an early appointment and had to leave.
While Cedrick and I were driving home, he asked how I was and I said "I'm confused. Why did I get jealous when I saw that guy with Jessica? I
