Blurb

In a dimly lit bar, where melodies weave through the air, Lucia Mendez pours her soul into every song, unaware that a pair of captivated eyes watches from the shadows. Micah Tyler a renounced film director is drawn to her voice-raw haunting and alive. But Lucia has no idea who he is.

Fate intervence in the cruelest way when Micah's car ran into her leaving her injured and furious. The accident steals a month of her life. No performance, no music just forced stillness. Micah, guilt-ridden, stays by her side, drawn to the fire in her spirit even as she resents him for upending her world.

What begins as reluctant tolerance slowly softens into something deeper a connection between a man burdened by past heart break and a woman who refuse to let life silence her song

But when fame, pride and old wounds threaten to pull them apart, will their love fade like a forgotten melody, or will it endure- beautiful, painful and unforgettable like music?

A poignant tale of love, loss and the harmonies that bring broken hearts back to life.

Love like music
Chapter 1**Lyrics of love . The first time he fell in live it was like hearing a perfect song- one that made his heart race and soul ache in the best way that he even wanted more. Emma had been the melody he couldn't escape, humming in his thoughts even when she was not there. But like all songs it ended, leaving behind a silence that still haunted him for almost two years. He sat at the piano now, fingers hovering over the keys, unable to play the one piece he had written for her not able to control the shaking and hovering. The notes were etched into his memory but the pain was sharper. He felt like he wasn't enough, not good enough for a perfect relationship or a perfect partner to be with. The cafe around him buzzed with life- laughter, clinking of cups, dancing, the low murmur of conversations- but Micah felt miles away. A text notification lit up his phone."you coming tonight" His best friend Jake was relentless in trying to pull him back to the world. Micah sighed. Maybe it's time to finally delete the last photo of her, or maybe, just maybe he'd let himself remember the music they once made together- before it all fell apart.
