STRANGERS TO UNKNOWN

Monday morning is pretty annoying. Ciid and I went to the library so early, because we have a test in history, (one of the worst sub). In this era it is so common to do cramming and procrastinating, and we're one of them. 'you didn't review your paper yesterday?' Ciid asked. while rereading the books in my hand I answered, "Did not have the time to do that." [Few minutes had passed] *Ellie enters the library* Ciid and I both look at him, He sat at the corner and took some comic book, Ellie 'what don't you review whis us?' I told him while flipping the page of the book that I'm reading, he talked back and said I don't need to I have a brain, then he smirks without even looking. *Ciid took his books and left* oh! crap! I almost forgot they have a bad environment! ( they got into a fight because of that banana milk! it's out of stock in the cafeteria, and only one banana milk is left) *sigh* 'what's the prob?' Ellie asked. "no nothing." I checked my clock then I almost had a HEART ATTACK!! it's already 7:43! I was supposed to be in our class by 7:29! I took my things and run. {POV OF ELLIE} *exhales deeply* it's not yet time but she left? she's such a neophyte. {back to me} oh gosh! this is a disaster! I drained all my freaking energy just for nothing?! "hey Addie will Miss Ghenna have a class today? I asked one of my seatmates." Miss Ghenna can't come she's sick, didn't you read the group chat?, she said . "oh. I see." after hurrying here, it's so useless to wait for the next prof. I went outside to have a fresh air, then sat in the garden of our school, while looking for the flowers amazed. someone sat beside me, then when I look, it's my best friend, Krizzy your classes were done? I ask. welp no, not really. what do you mean? I added. well I saw you came here I followed you, looks like you're having time alone, then I decided to come and comfort you. "you don't need to do that. I said. 'what, did your lovely boyfriend hurt you again?'. krizzy it's not like that, it's just, I need a fresh air, and some amazing places to visit inside the school, like the garden, I added. (after hours of chatting with krizzy, lunch break is already waving). c'mon V!(V for Venice that's my name. ) krizzy told me, let's eat at the cafeteria today, I can smell the food from here! let's go! then she grabbed my arms, what else can I do? right? of course I can't let go, especially when she's running. [At The Cafeteria] Krizzy and I decided to get our favorite menu, yes! tonkatsu is on the menu let's get that! she applaud. then after ordering our fave, we also got juice, and side dishes. while eating Erich (my boyfriend) came to sit with us, while Krizzy's mouth is full of course she got choked ( in a sarcastic way ) Erich sat beside me, he didn't have any food in his hand, just a water bottle, he look at Krizzy, then raise his eyebrows, Krizzy try her best not to look at Erich, but again, she failed. that's why she moved from a different table, 'you didn't have to do that' I told Erich, but he just grinned. while I'm eating, he keep on staring, and when I look he just smile "stop that" I whispered, he just chuckle then said, 'lovely' then he distract his self by opening his phone. when I'm done eating I put my tray away, I look from the table of Krizzy but she's not there anymore, I gaze to the other side of the table then I saw Ellie and Ciid eating together, wait what? I thought... they're not in good term? I went to them then sat beside Ciid, "hey guys!" I started the conversation with that, because I'm just curious how are they in good mood together?."uhhm you two are okay? really?, for real? 'We're always okay' Ciid stated, what did you think we're enemies? Ellie added. "Well I thought, you guys are in conflict, "well, guess what, I'm wrong" if you may excuse me, I have to go to Erich" I look in his direction and his already looking, waiting, and of course I have to go before he comes here. •|A Little Background story of Erich, Ellie and Ciid|• There friendship is a mess, well not literal mess but like that. Ciid is my closest friend, but Ciid's side, Erich was used to be he's closest friend. Ellie is the one who used to help me whenever I'm in trouble, alone and frustrated. Erich and Ellie was like a brother, but some misunderstanding and misinterpreted happened between them, but I don't know what, that's the only infos I got. Even my boyfriend doesn't want to tell me about it he said it's confidential. And as of now, only Ellie and Ciid are together, but whenever I ask them they pretend that they don't know him or who was he, that's why I don't bother asking anymore because it's tiring. •|background story of them almost fighting|• One time when three of us are in the library (me, ellie and ciid) Erich went to get me and he said to study with him instead of those novice. Of course Ellie got mad because he's short tempered, he stand up and bang the table and try to get Erich collar, good thing Ciid is there to stop them. {Present} See you guys around! I gotta go. While approaching the table of Ellie, someone knocked me with sauce while walking, 'oh my!' she exclaimed. she pick a tissue out of her pocket then wipe the stain sauce in her clothes, she look at me steadily then she raise her left eyebrow and said you want some? while handing the tissue to me, I was supposed to go ballistic with the sauce stain on my clothes, but she just handed the tissue and go. Crap! did I stay silent for a long freaking time with the stain on my blouse! oh gosh! here comes my boyfriend, he's holding a tissue, of course he can't back me up because that girl and Erich had a very bad past. we went to the bathroom to wash off this dirty stain on my clothes. He help me remove it, but guess what, it's no use at all. "You can get my p.e. uniform inside my locker" I suggest, 'sure, but wait for me here' he stated. while waiting, I saw Ellie, holding clothes, I'm not assuming or anything but I think he's gonna give it to me, so I waited just to be sure. I came across with him, but he didn't even notice me, he's finding someone. "Ellie!" I called. "where are you going?" I added. 'where is Shen?' he stated. "I- I don't know" I stutter. "why are you finding her?" , while looking at the clothes he's holding. 'it's none of your business' he replied. "oh I see" see you ar-" . he didn't even let me finish and he left. then when I turn around, oh I see, Erich is already here, that's why, for me it's a valid reason, I don't want them to fight anyway. Erich handed me the p.e which I was supposed to wear it on p.e class. 'I gotta go' he stated. "sure just go" I exclaimed. then he departed. that's right as you can see, we're not that sweet, we have a reason, a valid one. we are not allowed to be clingy in school. that's the first and last rule they've given to us. we're right?. (after changing clothes) I'm here sitting, listening to the teacher's discussion. I'm aware that I'm sleepy but I didn't even fight for it, I fell asleep until the end of the class. 'V wake up!' I can hear Addie's voice waking me up, 'its already time, classes is finished' she exclaimed. well of course I got shock. "what!" "thanks for waking me up!" I added. 'sure no prob'. I took my things put it inside my bag then run. but something feels the same scene as this before, I get deja Vu, I tried contacting Krizzy, seems like her phone is off. that's why I decided to stay in the gym, to rest and have a peace of mind. while wandering there I saw someone, but I don't bother so I ignore who ever that person is and continue what I'm doing. After exploring the gym by myself, I decided to sleep on the bench and after a few hours of sleeping, someone must've put a pillow on me. When I look around there's no one here, I'm all alone. So I left the pillow, took my things, then went outside. I tried looking for my friends but only I came across with Shen.(shen is the one who put a stain on my clothes and didn't even say sorry). "good thing she just passed by" I whispered. While opening my locker, 'hey V' she called. 'where's Ellie?', I don't know I replied, while putting my things inside the locker. 'You sure?' she added. "I'm 101 percent sure" After that she disappeared into the hallway. "What the HECK!" I exclaimed. "What are you still doing here?" Shen is looking for you" 'I know that's why I'm hiding' he grinned. "What?" I commented. he grab my arms then went to the library, "you can study alone" I said. 'Sure I can, but- he stopped. "continue?" I replied. He didn't talk after. he sat in the corner where he always read. I look at him for a couple of minutes, but he didn't even gazed at me, he just kept reading. So I decided to sit and lay my head on the table, I just kept thinking why did Ellie want to give the clothes to shen? and why shen is asking if I saw Ellie? why?how? are they connected? or do they have a relationship? is there something going on between them? These thoughts are filling my head like in a minute it'll explode if I didn't stop. Until I fell asleep and when I woke up I felt that my head is heavy that even when I try to tilt it, it hurts so bad. 'gosh' 'you even try to sleep inside the library?' I heard someone. It's in front of me when I try to lift my head. "Erich?" I chimed. 'gosh! how did you even try to sleep here?' he scolded. "Um I-" then I look into the corner where Ellie is sitting a while ago, he's gone. that's fine though. "I studied here, then I fell asleep" I said. 'You sure?' he stated. 'because I can't see any books'. crap that's a hella bad excuse. "Um I- yeah." "I did". 'okay if you say so' he said. 'C'mon let's go, I'll take you home' While walking to the exit of the school, I saw Shen talking to Ellie, I didn't bother because I might enterfere their talking, and Erich might get mad at Ellie and start a fight. {outside the school} 'you wanna walk?' Erich talked. he repeated, 'do you want to walk?'. he waited for my answer and stared at me, then I made an eye contact. "what?" I ask. he looked at me with bothersome face, it feels like it's unbearable to stared at. 'you okay' he said, with a worrying tone in it. I nodded. he hold my hand while looking at me and said, 'you're not fine, I know you well Venice' I can feel his voice, my heart is racing, I'm not looking at him but I can see his eyes are fixed on me. I felt this uneasy feeling that I can pass out any time soon if he didn't stop looking at me like that. 'Hi V!' I heard someone shout, I looked back then I saw Ellie, waving at me, that is weird, he never wave goodbye nor say hi, but why? right now? Infront of Erich?really? gosh, he's a weirdo. "bye, take care" I shout back. 'you were close?' Erich asked. "oh yah, we're actually friends" I replied. his face was shocked, like literally shocked, he was too stunned that he couldn't even say anything anymore. so I just grab him and we walked along the street. until we are Infront of my house, he still didn't talk. "hey" I snapped him out. I'm going inside now". 'I'm sorry' he claimed. "why?" I ask because of confusion. 'for not being a good boyfriend' he said warmly. I couldn't say anything, I feel like I can cry anytime because of his voice, that's why I hugged him tight that I couldn't even let go because if I did I might cry in front of him. he hugged me back, 'I love you' he says warmly. tears forming in my eye, and said "I love you too" then when we let go, I started tearing. he look at me and said 'you're cute when you're crying, but prettier when smiling, but I prefer the prettiest you. he smiled and he kissed me in the forehead and wave goodbye. {inside the house} "I'm glad, I'm home" I sigh, then went to my room to rest. this day is filled with questionable things and at the same time It felt good to have someone by your side. I'm glad I have Erich, and of course my beloved friends who keep supporting me with any kind of situations. I changed my clothes, then lay down in bed, in a nick of time I fell asleep.
